On the first floor, there are two large, separate bedrooms and an additional toilet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Air conditioning with cooling and heating functions is provided. Wireless internet is available.

The well-maintained and fenced grounds of the holiday resort include an attractive playground, a well-equipped playroom, bicycle rentals, table tennis, and foosball. A sauna and a whirlpool are available for an additional fee. Secure parking is available (one space per cottage is included in the price; an additional parking space is available at an additional cost).

Sianożęty is a small holiday village located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort, Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is situated right next to a wide beach. The golden sand and gentle slope into the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and swim. Neighboring Ustronie Morskie also boasts a 100-meter-long pier. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and offers stunning views of the beaches, clear sea, and charming peat bogs. From here, cycling is an easy and pleasant way to reach nearby Ustronie Morskie, as well as the larger city of Kołobrzeg.
