It was our second time we booked here, spacious bedrooms, large garden, nice sauna area and jaccuzi. Small supermarket within walking distance. Barvaux and Durbuy are easily accessible.

Alles funktioniert, sauber ist es auch! Es fehlen jedoch Haken unten für Jacken im Eingangsbereich und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagefläche für die Utensilien, keine Handtuchhalter! Die Einrichtung entspricht bei dem Preis nicht dem Standard, was man dafür erwarten würde.Was dem Haus fehlt, ist ein bisschen Liebe und Wärme.

We stayed for a midweek in the Ardennes. (Noiseux residence Saint Antoine) The environment was beautiful, which unfortunately we could not say about the house. The house was quite dated, we had to pay quite a few energy costs afterwards because the jacuzie has to stay on day and night. In the bathroom upstairs is a hand shower, literally a hand shower, because there is no wall mounting. The shower in the second bathroom is mounted so low that you cannot stand upright in the shower (I am 1.72 m). The positive of the house is the space in the house and the space around it.

Lovely spacious house with enough rooms, good beds, kitchen which is sufficient but unfortunately sanitary with jacuzzi and sauna to be kept very urgent. Lime, mold, broken shower heads, broken thermostat, clogged toilet and putlucht! We have onz3 holidays not let it screw up but this is not worth the price! Reception was very friendly.

A tired house, strong hot air in the kitchen on arrival, not really cleaned (125 euros), no back door, no path to the garden, hid toilet (drain pipes not well placed), hot water in the showers very difficult to handle in The village is nothing to enjoy (fryer, church and sparmark), no strolling walks nearby, large fixed ground bbq in the garden but in poor condition and rotten grills (here's some skill needed to bake meat), wellness area is fun But not really clean, nice big terrace on 1st floor but due to the fresh weather can not really be used. Bit of a contraction so for that price, we will not go back anymore.

The house is in a very outdated condition. It is not well maintained. The doors of the bathrooms / toilet cannot be locked. There are windows in these doors through which you can see inside. You have to hold the shower head in your hands if you want to take a shower, while you stand in the bath and splash everything wet. There is rust on the heating and door hinges. The paint on the doors is peeling. There is no suitable frying pan in the kitchen to cook a meal for 10 people. The extractor hood does not work. A number of curtain hooks are missing from the curtains. The bars just fall out of the dining room chair. There are (blood) stains on the seat cushions. There is a glass plate on the dining room table, with the message that we have to pay 240 euros if it breaks. The bunk bed is very shaky.
The garden is big and beautiful. The outdoor furniture has just been replaced and is fine. If you want to use the awning, a strong stench comes out.

Cottage is very outdated, almost everything is worn out. Also very filthy, there were spots on doors and cupboards that we first thought were weathered but it turned out to be just a thick layer of oil. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Lamps was almost in every room a lamp broken. Games in the closet are all incomplete. There is a relaxation area with a hot tub, this is on day and night, you pay extra for this whether you want to use it or not because it cannot be turned off so we have yet to receive that bill, the entered arrival meter readings were also incorrect , is immediately calculated more. Relaxation area is also poorly maintained. Holes in ceiling. Showers cannot be set properly in terms of temperature as if the boiler was not functioning properly. Or everything was really just worn out. 1 positive point was the garden and the environment.

Initially tried to book this house but it turned out to be occupied. It later turned out that the booking had come through after all, while we had already booked another house. Because of the sauna and whirlpool, we asked Belvilla if we could rebook to this house, unfortunately that was only possible at a rebooking fee of €450 (house was €600 for 3 nights). Still decided to do this. We would get 50 € compensation (ridiculously little) but that was no longer possible, because I had paid too quickly…..
The house where we stayed seems to be often rented out to young people. Beer bottles in the bushes, also a pan of spaghetti sauce emptied in the bushes, which the dog immediately started eating. The house is in mediocre condition, during our 3 night stay we didn't have hot water for a day and a half. Broken chairs, dirty garden furniture. You cannot take a cold shower at the sauna, the water pressure is much too low for the nozzles that come out of the wall, the water seeps out. Buttons come right off the wall. Really bad!! Also not cleaned properly and hair in the rented duvet covers. We are very dissatisfied and have complained to Belvilla, because of the bad stay, but also because we have incurred so many extra costs. Belvilla's proposal was a compensation of €85.
For us never again this house and never again Belvilla !!

Spot come the holiday was clean but very basic furnishings. All doors with glass, even the bathroom door!. Beds and mattresses are especially needed improvement. Poor water in the bathrooms. No water pressure in the showers. Sauna is calcified and odors. Wifi was present but poor reception. The staircase is worn. Setting was fine, close to all sights and walks.

Spacious, beautiful apartment fully equipped. Nice pool in the garden with deck chairs, to watch out for splinters in his feet through the wooden planking. Near St Johann, just too far to just walk to the center up and down. Opposite the apartment they were at the time of our stay the existing hotel to expand so we did have some noise during the day. Very nice setting and ideal for families with (young) children.

We were guests. 8 adults and 2 ukjes Inside, everything neatly in order and lots of space, but the garden leaves much to be desired, completely overgrown and our toddler of 16 months had nowhere by abundant vegetation. Of pruning, they probably have not heard because there was not so nice to get to the backyard and was wringing blown to arrive at the parking lot from the car. Spite the bad weather there is still a fun weekend of it.

Beautiful spacious house located in a district with even more other villa "s. Yet quiet. Spacious garden with all voorzieningen.Heel spacious house but with all living areas on the first floor. Spacious balcony with sun all over the facade (great" morning breakfast!). Beautiful, spacious sauna area. Unfortunately this infrastructure makes a lot of noise (also called "night) and eats that much energy (itself can hardly adjustment).

Pleasant and luxurious house for 10 people. with furnished private relaxation area with bubble bath for 6 people, shower and sauna, large terrace and large garden (2000 m²) with playground in Noiseux.
Noisseux is located 7 kilometers from Durbuy, Marche and Barvaux and belongs to the municipality of Somme-Leuze.
This is a tourist village in the Ourthe valley. From most houses you have a beautiful view over the river. In the summer you can use the specially constructed beach and the sunbathing lawn. From there you can also launch canoes. In the village there are the necessary shops (bakery, supermarket), as well as a restaurant.
Near this villa you will find a playground. The house is pleasantly furnished and is fully equipped. In the garden there is a table tennis table, ideal for children and perhaps also for adults.
For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
