The property, built in 2013, is located south of the walled city of Saint-Malo and near Dinard in the tourist region of the Côte d'Emeraude. There are numerous possibilities for excursions here, stretching from Cap Fréhel to Mont St. Michel Malo and the beaches can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
The residence offers a communal outside pool (according to wheather conditions), an inside pool, a sauna and a fitness room. Note: Wifi is free of charge at the reception, in the units for a fee.
Activities in the area: Saint-Malo also boasts a thalassotherapy center, golf, the well-known customs path and much more such as boat trips on the Rance or a visit of the aquarium.
