This is a nice holiday home on a small-scale park in Zeewolde. There is enough space for 7 adults and 1 child under 10 years old, and there is a spacious garden surrounding the house. You can take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool in the summer. You won't need to be bored for a moment in this region! The park is located on the edge of the Horsterwold, the largest deciduous forest in Western Europe, with numerous walking and cycling opportunities. You will find the beach and harbour in Zeewolde itself, but a day at Walibi is also more than worth it. In the region, you can also play tennis and golf or go windsurfing, sailing and fishing. The living room and the open kitchen are on the ground floor. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom here. On the 1st floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A spacious garden surrounds the house, and there is a stone terrace with attractive furniture. Stays longer than 2 weeks are available on request. Cleaning takes place weekly. The house is very big and the equipment is great. All you need. It's a bit off the beaten path in a fairly quiet park, a few minutes' walk from the pool and tennis courts. The house was also very clean.

The organization was very good, on the day of arrival we received the codes for the barrier and the key box at the house in good time.

This email also announced an interim cleaning, which was not agreed in our contract with belvila. We should pay a total of 265 euros in cash for this intermediate cleaning. We declined as we felt it was overpriced and unnecessary and were then advised not to decline. After consultation with belvilla we were able to avert this cleaning.

In the meantime, the description of the house states that an interim cleaning will be carried out, but the costs are concealed, which is not okay given the very high price.

Arrival was not clear. No reception (to inquire about things), no code barrier, house difficult to find out which number. House, on the other hand, TOP. Inventory amply present, everything inside very spacious. Garden wonderfully large, rest guaranteed.

We were right on arrival and then tried to let you know several times that we are not happy with quite a lot of things. We have booked 28 nights because our house is being renovated for not such a nice reason and we were ready for some rest, relaxation and fun. It started with us asking several times if we could check in earlier than the allowed check-in time of 4 p.m., after 4 attempts we got our answer, no. We arrived at the barrier at 5 p.m. we had not received a code for a barrier. It took quite a long time before we had someone from Belvilla on the phone and the right person could give us a code. We then arrive at the house and find a white bus parked at an angle with all doors open and the house also had all windows and doors open. We walked inside and shouted to find out who was inside and why. Upstairs we found a very young man who was busy with his phone and was shocked by us. problem tried to ask questions in Dutch and English, he didn't understand us, my husband installed speech on his tel translate and let him tell things and we asked questions. We found out, he cleans, house is too big for to arrange him alone, he needed less than an hour, etc. We were very disappointed! We think he did not start on time and did not have speed. We thought we would sit in the living room and wait until he is ready and at the same time call Belvilla Everything was soooo dirty, you stuck to the floor, it stank extremely of beer, stains everywhere, wet pillows, dirty oven, even mold in the fridge, freezer could not be closed due to extreme ice formation, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, kitchen sink incl hob so dirty, curtains were half off in several places and are dirty, damp spots and rain comes in in the bedroom, not all beds were made and bedding stank, there is a lot of mold in the bathrooms, pits in the

Welcome to villa Torroo,

We hope you have a great time in the villa and the natural surrounding of Zeewolde.
The interesting places close by are: , Nijkerk (shopping en dining in harbour and center), Harderwijk for fish and Dolphinarium, and more cute small fishing villages to the east, To the south, old villages like, Laren, Soest, Zeist and Bussum and its surrounding ('het gooi', foorests, 'de hei' and Soesterdunes).
Walibi entertainment park and Center parcs park, close by in the Flevopolder.
In Lelystad a big outlet and harbour with 17th century ship.

Zeewolde town is fine for groceries, forest and beach.
The closest restaurants are the Chinees Wok restaurant Tang at the end of the road (heading north), take a right turn, and find it(after 100 meters on your left.
Pancake house Hans and Grietje is about a 10 minute drive to the north.

Loads of activities can be enjoyed: like tennis, swim outside, rent canoes, fishing, pétanque (jeux de boules) (all at the parc). rowing, cycling, running and walking...Around the corner towards Zeewolde: a golfcourse and at the lakes possibilities for windsurfing and sailing and swimming.
