Luxurious and atmospheric 8-person family villa. Quietly and peacefully situated in the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach, the dunes, and the forest. This holiday home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

Upon entering the living room, you arrive in the lounge, which features a seating area with a smart TV and a spacious dining area with a large dining table for 8 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a combination microwave, dishwasher, and various coffee machines. The kitchen island with stools guarantees wonderful moments spent with friends and family.

There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and washbasin. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms and a separate second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. All bedrooms in the house feature air conditioning and comfortable box-spring beds, four of which have double top mattresses (two beds are small doubles) and one with a single top mattress. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living area is directly connected to the terrace by sliding doors and windows. The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The garden is fully enclosed and faces southeast. You can safely store bicycles or park your car in the garage. There is 1 private parking space on the driveway and 1 in the garage; there are also communal parking spaces in front of the building.

A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available. Additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted. Upon check-in, you will receive a voucher for 1 bag of firewood and 1 bag of charcoal (or 2 bags of firewood) for use of the fireplace, hot tub, and/or BBQ. The voucher can be redeemed at the Total gas station in De Koog opposite the Jumbo; you can also purchase extra bags there.
