Upon entering the living room, you'll find a sitting area with a smart TV and a spacious dining area with a large dining table for 8 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, and various coffee machines. The cooking island with stools guarantees wonderful moments together with friends and family.

There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a separate second bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. All bedrooms in the house have air conditioning and comfortable box-spring beds, four of which have double mattress toppers (two are three-quarter beds) and one with a single mattress topper. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors and windows. The spacious terrace is furnished with garden furniture. The garden is fully enclosed and faces southeast. You can safely store your bicycles or park your car in the garage. There is one private parking space in the driveway and one in the garage, and there are additional communal parking spaces in front of the house.
