Luxurious and atmospheric 10-person family villa located in the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest. This spacious holiday home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

The spacious living room features a seating area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and Harman Kardon speakers. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 10 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, such as a microwave, dishwasher, Jura coffee machine, filter coffee maker, milk frother, and toaster.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. Also located on the ground floor is a wellness area with a coffee corner, sunbeds, Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom. This bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet. Additionally, there is an extra room on the first floor where you can place a baby bed. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds, three of which have double top mattresses. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The living area is directly connected to the terrace by sliding doors. The spacious terrace features an outdoor kitchen with a The Bastard BBQ, a dining and lounge set with a fire pit, and a parasol. The garden is fully enclosed and south-facing with a panoramic view. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Private parking spaces are available.

A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are provided. Additional children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. There is an extra freezer in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted. Upon check-in, you will receive a voucher for 1 bag of firewood and 1 bag of charcoal (or 2 bags of firewood) for use of the fireplace, hot tub, and/or BBQ. The voucher can be redeemed at the Total gas station in De Koog opposite the Jumbo; you can also purchase extra bags there.
