There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ensuite bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and sink. A wellness area with a coffee corner, loungers, Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom. This bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. There is also an additional space on the first floor suitable for a crib. All bedrooms in the house feature comfortable box-spring beds, three of which have double mattress toppers. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The spacious terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ, a dining and lounge set with a fire pit, and a parasol. The garden is fully enclosed and south-facing with panoramic views. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Private parking is available.
