Everything is perfect. We don't really know what should be done differently. It is a very nice, well-equipped accommodation for 10 people who can enjoy themselves very well on three floors. With games, hot tube, sauna, good bedrooms, and lovely seating area.

The house has a fantastic location, you look out over the hills of the Ardennes, and you are immediately in Durbuy. The villa has the advantage that it can offer a pleasant stay for families as well as for couples without children. Everything is very neat and tidy. Highly recommended for people who want to enjoy and relax.

We have been able to enjoy the house and the surroundings for two wonderful weeks in Karel Vercammen's holiday home! We were able to walk here with beautiful views and nice places nearby. With the supermarkets and bakery within driving distance, we could have breakfast every morning with fresh bread rolls and juice at the long table outside on the balcony.

Our wonderful stay in this fantastic holiday home started with the very warm welcome of the owner. We enjoyed all the facilities such as the pool table, air hockey, the jacuzzi and the sauna. space in and around the house gives you a rich feeling, we definitely want to come back!

The reception was very warm and the feeling of being really welcome was certainly present. The super sympathetic host and his family receive you with open arms and a bottle of Rosé wine. Very thoughtful. The house was very neat and above all very practical with the necessary relaxation options. From the terrace on the first floor you have a fantastic view of the valley ... breathtaking! The ideal place for breakfast or dinner! in other words highly recommended and well worth its high score!

Are super well received. Have stayed a week and went home with regret in our hearts. The cottage is very well maintained, and is fully equipped. We have also done beautiful walks, and also enjoyed the village of Durbuy. We will definitely come back here.

A sympathetic, friendly owner and a great tour of that beautiful house was just a great start. The house itself not to believe which entertainment possibilities are all there. Even more than listed on Belvilla. It was also very neat, very comfortable in all areas and something for everyone. A very nice memory of our Golden Wedding with children and grandchildren. Everything was fine on arrival. Moreover, it was immaculate. The accommodation was perfect and completely as previously reported. Besides the necessary luxury for the adults, our children also had nothing to short. A very child-friendly house with a spacious attic specially equipped as an additional relaxation area and securely closed. The area is very quiet, pleasant to stay. Durbuy is close by.

Together with our children and three grandchildren, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful, luxurious and spacious villa. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the host and felt right at home. There were many beautiful and nice facilities so everyone both inside and outside could entertain in a pleasant way. The tranquility around the house and the beautiful views from the Plateau du Soleil were fantastic! Highly recommended!

Nice reception by the owner. Beautiful accommodation, clean, cozy and very suitable for families. The upstairs with pool table, table football and game / lounge area is wonderful and is in good contact with the living / kitchen. Furthermore, there is the possibility on every floor to go outside, there are seats everywhere. With 10 people it is nice to stay and there is also the possibility to separate yourself for a while. Beds were good and clean. In short, very nice house in a beautiful place in the Ardennes. An extra toilet on the ground floor would completely finish the accommodation.

A fantastic property, with an exceptionally beautiful view that can be admired by the many terraces on all sides of the house. The facilities are also very well maintained, including the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything super neat on arrival and even the fireplace was specially created to give us a (literally and figuratively) warm welcome. This is an absolute must to explore the area and come back "home" in all luxury and comfort!
