This comfortable villa is within walking distance of the beach, that's nice! And not just any beach; it is the beautiful Praia SÃ£o Rafael, just west of Albufeira. Here you immediately get acquainted with the beautiful beaches and bays the Algarve is so famous for. Praia do Evaristo is exactly like that, located at just a few minutes drive from the accommodation. Ideal for holidays with the family.

The accommodation is situated in the villa district Sesmarias, 5 km outside Albufeira. You can play golf at the Salgados GC golf club (8 km) and the region has a wide range of nice restaurants.

The villa is comfortably and modernly furnished and has a complete kitchen. You have a completely fenced garden with lawn and several (partly) covered terraces; perfect for a relaxing afternoon! In front of the villa is the sun terrace with plenty of sun beds, several parasols and the private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) as a centrepiece. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The nearest airport is Faro Airport, which is 45 km away from the villa.

The host was on time. Had a good tour with the necessary explanation. The pool was already sparkling in the sun. The accommodation meets perfectly and corresponds to the photos. Really a luxurious appearance. Price / performance ratio is fine. The area is wonderfully quiet and no nuisance from screaming youth or loud music. Sandy beach 800 meters away and easily accessible Overall a great stay, so just book.

Excellent reception by Rolf, everything explained key transfer, the accommodation was overwhelming and even more beautiful than imagined, everything is present! Ongeving is beautiful, especially all beaches in the middle of the rocks, Albufeira at 4 km Definitely recommended for everyone! The private pool is heallijk !

The accommodation was outstanding, a beautiful villa with a beautiful pool. The only downside is that the address was not mentioned in the rental agreement, we have had to search long before we were at the destination.

Lovely house: spacious, well maintained and fully equipped. Within walking distance of a very beautiful beach with a lovely beach restaurantâ€¦â€¦ now that virus is completely gone, and there is nothing left to wish for!

Advance fast and clear information. We have 2 families with large children enjoyed in this beautiful house with pool and lovely garden. A quiet area with a beach, supermarket, restaurant nearby. The description indicates exactly what you can expect. Everything you need is available for a fantastic holiday. A pleasant reception on arrival with clear explanation. We will definitely return.
