Very friendly and helpful owners who do everything to make it as desired. Villa is fully equipped, everything is available in abundance, from supplies, towels etc., outdoor toys, equipment to garden furniture. Ao soccer goal, swing, slide and badminton net present. Very large beautiful fenced garden with a bamboo cabana where you can have a nice meal with many people. Villa is ideally suited for a large family or large group. Generally slightly more travel distance to sights. However, Saint Emilion, Bergerac and Bordeaux are easily accessible. Garden is more beautiful in reality than the photos on the website.

Beautiful, spacious and very quiet holiday home, with an impressive large and pleasant garden, with lots of garden furniture, toys for children and (since this year) bamboo "cabane", ideal for breakfast. Very friendly owners, who ensure a pleasant reception. Vélines is a small, nice village between the vineyards. Plus a bakery at 100 m from the house! Do take into account distance if you want to go somewhere can be time-consuming ...

Beautiful location !! A lot of privacy, peace and space. We stayed here for 12 days as a young family with 3 children. The property is completely fenced, access via a remote controlled gate. Everything or even more if what you have at home is present! Owners are very nice, gave us a tour on arrival. For the outings we went to Bordeaux, Bergerac and St. Foy de la Granse. Recommended!

Spacious country house situated in the middle of the attractive wine region. The location is perfect and situated on the right hill of the Dordogne valley. Wines and various wine chateaus are around the corner. Saint-Émilion and Bergerac are a half-hour drive, Bordeaux 1 hour. The house is fully equipped and the landlord has made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is on a spacious grounds that can be sealed and there is a playground (2 swings and a slide) for the children. The fireplace is not functional.

Last summer had a great holiday in this beautiful house in Velines. We were 4 adults and 4 children (0, 1, 3, 3 years old) The house is fully equipped, everything is there, dishwasher, cutlery, large kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, high chairs also available. Outside there was a nice swing for 2 children. The garden was beautifully decorated, also fully equipped, BBQ, large parasol, sunbeds. You can sit here in the garden while the children ride around here on their walking bikes. Around the garden there is a fence which offers extra security for (small) children. It is a wonderfully peaceful environment. In the area (max 1 hour drive) are plenty of beautiful and fun things to do and see, (wine) chateaus and villages. Most sights are therefore on a longer drive, but that is definitely worth it. Supermarkets also close. A small supermarket nearby at 5 min and bigger max 15 minutes drive. The host and wife have certainly done their very best to make us feel comfortable. A nice wine and a beautiful bunch of flowers on arrival, bringing an extra child's chair to extensive explanation about the area / wine region. Very friendly mensen.Wij have a very nice holiday in a super (large) beautiful house. We certainly want to come back here again. Sent from Outlook

The villa corresponds to the description, beautiful garden to stay and under trees eat. Very well equipped kitchen, 2. refrigerator american with icemachine. The location of the villa is very good and quiet. Reception and care by landlord very attentive, lives nearby. A one-day excursion to the prehistoric caves of Lauscaux (1.30 h ride), worth IV, with the most modern museum technology (newly opened at the end of 2016), is more authentic. Large American shopping center (Leclerc) about 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed the space in the house and in the garden. The spacious private garden with jeu de boules, table tennis table and basker ball ring, as well as various seating areas in the sun and shade, provided nice relaxation. The house is fully equipped, clean and nice and light. It is also a nice place on a rainy day. In the vicinity you can do groceries, there are cozy villages for lunch, swimming and flea shops and markets. In short, we enjoyed it.

It is primarily a nice house for adults or with children up to 4 years (large safe garden). Our son of almost 5 thought it was too quiet and there are no children in the area. In any case, this turned out to be more of an area for adults. Children's outings are soon more than an hour away in the direction of Sarlat.

We just got back from an amazing stay at this villa in Vélines, The four bedrooms were perfect for our group of eight and we all had our own space, The garden was a real highlight, we spent most evenings grilling and just chilling under the stars, The location is ideal too, close to some awesome wineries and cute towns like St, Emilion, Only thing I’d say is that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, it was nice to disconnect a bit, Would totally recommend this place for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway!

Been here for the 2nd time. Had a nice holiday. Lovely place, great that the garden is so safe for children! Very quiet and private, great! And a very nice landlord!!! Our French is dramatic but we managed to figure it out with Google translate. House is fine, but quite dated. The carpet is not very fresh anymore so Rituals brought home spray this time. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders this time, would have been nicer if they had been removed for a while. Garden was less green, but that makes sense with this year's heat. Next year I think we will go to a different place, but it is highly recommended! Oh yes… there will be air conditioning installed in the house in autumn 2022!
