We are very satisfied with our stay! It is a very spacious modern house with large bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is very well equipped and adapted to large groups. Large fridge and freezer and two cooking units with spacious ovens and a work island so that you can work with several people in the kitchen to prepare the dishes. For those who like cooking and BBQ for large groups, this is the house! garden offers many possibilities around the pool, jaccuzi and the BBQ is super large, and safely built into the lounge.It was too hot to use the sauna.There is a charming pond and outside lighting so we could enjoy until late in the evening. The owner was always available by phone Everything went as suggested on the site Inside there is a cozy sitting area with a large TV Billiards, darts, ... top!

Great, nice location for a large group. Beautiful garden, swimming pool, functionally furnished and laid out. Homeowner super friendly and flexible. There is much to do in the area. For adventurous activities the Wildtrail organization is close by with different programs that take a few hours.

Had a wonderful weekend in La Roche en Ardenne
The villa was spacious and everything was sufficiently present
Various activities could be done both inside and outside
Inside: pool, darts, game console, large TV, spacious kitchen
Outside: nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 jeu de boule courts, large lawn, BBQ in separate room
The bedrooms were also nice with even on the upper floor in each room a bubble bath and shower cabin
We enjoyed ourselves and made beautiful memories

A nice quiet location, close to La Roche and Ardenne. The cottage is equipped with everything, several jacuzzis, swimming pool, BBQ, pool table, arcade cupboard, dart board to make it a beautiful weekend. The cottage is certainly recommended and we would be back with the group of friends.

Beautiful big house with luxuriously appointed bathrooms. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a water ballet after use. We were with a group of 18 people. For everybody there is something to do, pool table, pool and petanque job. The downside is that there is no shared toilet on the ground floor. Near Roche and Ardennes.

Quality accommodation, the house itself was a bit hidden and therefore difficult to find at first. The owner himself was not present but the doors were open, after a phone call he immediately as langsgekomen.alles was also clean and complete! Top house, near the house a little less. La Roche is a small town, not much to do. Only downside is that the house is quite noisy

We drove into a nice and cozy village where you immediately experienced that holiday feeling. Then we drove through the mountains with a beautiful view of nature. The house is in a nice and quiet location and has ample parking. The homeowner himself was not present on arrival, the key was on the door. Once we arrived we really got that spacious villa feeling, really super! There were no bed linen on arrival. After calling the landlord, he kindly stopped by. The landlord has some things to say and then went again. There were some flaws to be found that did not have to be .. everything else was generally well cleaned and we had a great weekend!

On arrival the owner had some delay, but had ensured that the keys were in a place where we could reach. He does his best to speak Dutch. If we had questions we could send a message or call him. The accommodation is a great place for everyone to enjoy themselves. The area was very nice! You can close the room by first pushing the door handle up and then releasing it again, after which you can lock the door! It took us a little time to find out.

The house was as described on the site as the photo 's. The separate bedrooms only via outside reach, are spacious with nice bathrooms. On the ground must be shared bathroom and there is no separate toilet for hands .Heel spacious kitchen and home eetruimte.het generally calls here and there some finishing. new coat of paint would do miracles. but you can see that there will always be done again change. the environment is ideal. it is 5 km from la roche center.

The environment is beautiful! The house was big enough for 22 people. With a very nice garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna! We have been able to bbqen.Grote rooms in the outdoor kitchen, all with a large nice bathroom.The house itself had some minor flaws here and there. But after we had informed the owner about this, he came to solve it the same day. We also advise him to install catering equipment. You notice that ordinary kitchen equipment is more sensitive to defects in so many different large groups. And maybe a washing machine for convenience. All in all, this didn't spoil the fun for us. We had a wonderful week!

There was no garden door that could lock, making the sense of security less. Another drawback was that the entrance door could only be locked from the outside, and the doors of the upstairs rooms were not very safe because some of them could not lock easily.What we did not know, and what was not clear in the picture " s on the site was that the staircase was outside.It would have been better if that was more clearly indicated.Cushions were not very comfortable.And there was no wifi range boven.Hartelijk thanks that the heating was on before we were home.
