Very spacious, beautiful and authentic house. The kitchen is beautiful and clean. This house fulfilled all our expectations making our holiday excellent. The town of Fournes is small but very cozy. All the people we met were very friendly. The pool was very well maintained and we used it a lot. In short, a holiday that we would undoubtedly do again in that house.

The house is easy to find and the arrival was pleasant. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful spacious house with wonderful swimming pool. The terrace is also wonderful under the vines and next to the olive tree. However, the village has few facilities and we actually have not been. There are plenty of other villages a few km away where you can do good shopping, etc.

We had a great stay in this house. The place is perfect for staying at 9 without feeling cramped. The swimming pool is very pleasant as well as the terrace in the shade of the vine.

Staying at this charming mansion in Fournès was a delightful experience! The private pool was the highlight for our family, providing endless fun and relaxation, The interior is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden where we enjoyed our breakfasts, Plus, being so close to the Pont du Gard was a bonus for our sightseeing adventures, Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a serene getaway!

The arrival was superb, pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine from the region and children's juice. The accommodation was good, the house is centrally located between Nimes, Avignon and Orange so always something to do and no distant travel, with the kayak to pont du gard is highly recommended. the apartment is quiet and the area is beautiful, small village and quite cozy.

We were well received by a friend of Mrs.Marchand. There was a nice bottle of wine from the Cave that was across the street. A short tour and the keys were handed over. The car could safely stand behind the electric garden gate. We have had technical problems partly by my actions and partly because of the old age of the washing machine just called with Madam and because the weekend was she could not help us immediately but the Monday there is a technician came and everything has been neatly arranged. There were 2 fans placed in the upper rooms (see previous review) with remote control and night mode. The area was very warm (in Belgium during that period), but with the shutters to use and to ventilate the night and the fans were pleasant in the house. The garden, the terrace under the canopy of vines and the pool was pleasant to stay. We had a very pleasant holiday Mrs. Marchand and her Daughter are very sympathetic and helpful people. By the way there was a vegetable garden that we could also use. Tasty melon and super delicious coeur du boeuf tomatoes eaten. And of course, figs from the tree. Beautiful house, beautiful garden.

Beautiful, historic, spacious and well-furnished house in a quiet, but centrally located village from which you can make many excursions. Enclosed garden and well-kept swimming pool. It was very hot in the bedrooms despite the fans, but it was also an exceptionally warm period. A minus is the proximity of the highway that can sometimes be heard.

We stayed with two families (9 people) in this house with a special layout and spacious rooms. Beautiful stone staircase in the middle of the house. The garden with swimming pool is very pleasant and quiet. In the background you can hear the highway, but that is not bothersome. It was very hot this week in July, but because of the thick stone walls and the good fans it was possible to do without air conditioning. Very complete kitchen with adjacent small terrace. Patio furniture at the back needs to be replaced. There was apparently an apartment with its own entrance on the top floor of the house. This was not a nuisance, but we were not aware of this.

The house is situated in a quiet village close to roads to nice cities / towns and attractions. Once the sun has warmed the adequate pool is a lovely place to enjoy the sun and tranquility.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed. The photo 's on the website are a realistic view of how it really is. The pool is a real highlight, there are plenty of available chairs. We have a very nice week sit on.

We had a really nice holiday here and now regret that we have not booked 2 weeks for this house. It's superb and one week is too short. It also has a super pool!
