This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has a TV and a private terrace. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a shower, sink, and toilet. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor.

From the conservatory, sliding doors open onto the garden and southeast-facing terrace, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and the garden is fully fenced.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. An additional fridge-freezer is also available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Children's furniture is available for rent for a fee. This is a non-smoking property. One pet is allowed, for which a surcharge applies. Private parking for one car in the garden (gate opens with a remote control). Other cars can be parked on the streets. There are several thresholds in the house, including on the ground floor.
