Warmest welcome. The reception staff proved helpful and flexible. She could clearly / quickly decide on a number of issues. That is nice for me as a guest and also for the performance of her function.

The area was beautiful, in the middle of the forest with a nice distance between the houses. We were 6 adults and 1 dog and that was perfect for an 8p house. I think 8 people had been a bit too much for the living room / kitchen. The living room is not one large space but there are 8 seats spread over an elongated section. Great if you do something different (like we do) but you can't watch TV at the same time with one "eight. One of the bedrooms has a very low ceiling, I didn't read that in the description. We don't have that bedroom now fortunately use.

We arrived an hour early at destination, the house was already fine, so that was very nice. In the house everything was great and in order. Fast wifi, important for the older children. Beautiful environment. A lot of peace, we saw a lot of animals. The only disturbing was the noise from the nearby motorway.

Due to the Corona we had to shift our booking 3 times. Unfortunately, we were confronted with higher costs with each shift. This felt very unreasonable and money back in the event of a cancellation was not possible unless we accepted high cancellation costs.

Upon arrival, we unfortunately have to wait until 16:00 until we were allowed to enter our house. The accommodation was large, but for 8 people (2 families) not suitable, since only a toilet. The playground was a bit neglected. The dryness made the lawn more of a hayfield. Children's entertainment is offered daily, but only in Dutch.

Lovely quiet park. House fine. However, there would be free WIFI available and there was not. Been to the reception 3 times and after 2 days they said that we would have touched the settings or the reset button. Very childish to blame your customers. As a result, we had to increase our telephone subscription for 4 people. When we asked for compensation, the receptionist told us that the WIFI was free, so no compensation. Unfortunately. Next time look for something other than Hogenboom.

Well received. House is far from the other houses among the trees, wonderfully spacious outside. Beautiful setting, lots of room for play. Playground, play forest, lookout tower and recreational lake. Inside too small for 8 people. One bathroom, but nice that there was a sink in 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is only suitable for children (suspended ceiling). Downside I found that the price that Belvilla stated (on final booking) did not match the bill at the park. A cleaning fee of â‚¬ 6 was charged. Inappropriate!

The house is not suitable for 8 adults. 6 people and 2 children would be possible.The available crockery etc. is minimal. Also a toilet and shower (very small) is too little for 8 people. Incidentally, the house is beautiful and the surroundings are beautiful.

The accommodation looked very nice on the outside side. Just a pity that the house was not clean. There was also a very special air in the house. That same afternoon someone came to see the cleaning company. He told me that a spray can be used as standard in a cleaning service. A very strong smell throughout the house. It is admitted that there was not properly polished. We have paid 75 euros for the cleaning. Hope to hear from it.

House was tropically warm on arrival, underfloor heating could really be 8 degrees lower!! Layout very convenient and playful.
Furthermore, bedroom 4 is nothing more than a nasty basement without daylight in which our 18-year-old son cannot stand upright. House is very noisy with 8 residents. It's doable, but we certainly won't be back.

We enjoyed our grandchildren. Animation team was fun, especially the proximity of forest and hiking area (fens) was super.Huisje lived up to expectation, but quality of mattresses and beds is a shameful quality. For this last reason we will not be returning more quickly.

The surroundings and the design of the park good.For liked a house for 8 people (we were there with six adults and small children) we found one bathroom and one toilet which on the tight side. Also it was very noisy indoors.
