Belvilla never again! The cottage itself, in Malmedy, was wonderful. The super attentive owner who eventually helped us in good faith and made our holiday a success, where Belvilla completely failed. Cottage is highly recommended, but please book through another organization to save yourself misery.

This holiday home had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway, The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really appreciated the spacious living area, It was also nice to have a fireplace for those chilly evenings, We enjoyed hiking in the surrounding nature parks, making the most of our time outdoors

Overall, it was a good experience, The home was clean and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay, The nearby attractions, especially the Cascade du Bayehon, were beautiful, We didn't have any major complaints, just a few minor inconveniences with the Wi-Fi connection, Would still recommend!

Basically a very nice place to stay, however it suffers from quite a bit of moisture and leakage and the owner is unreachable. When we arrived, the barrier did not open, which meant we had to walk back and forth several times with all our belongings. If you have to walk uphill and downhill 500 meters six times, it's not really a warm welcome. The owner did not answer and also did not respond to messages; eventually, other guests were able to help us so we could park for the rest of our stay. However, there was significant leakage causing it to literally rain inside, and we had to empty a bucket every hour; the owner again did not answer and did not call back. After a few attempts, we just gave up. Fortunately, it was dry except for one night and one evening. If the problems are resolved, we will definitely come back, but improvements need to be made, at the very least the owner should respond.

The house and facilities were generally fine but check-in was a bit disappointing.
We had some questions in connection with our check-in and the listed caretaker was impossible to contact. Helpline proved a bit of a challenge but eventually helped us get into the house.
Overall the stay delivered what we expected.

It is a very nice apartment in a wooded area with many recreational opportunities. You can go skiing, hiking and cycling, or you can go kayaking, parachute jumping, fishing, mini golf or bowling. There are also many wellness options in the area. The location is in a tourist area with plenty of leisure options.
