Fantastic welcome by the owners, some problems with the stove for which they sent someone on Saturday - made immediately !! I call that service! the house is centrally located but very quiet! The area has pleasantly surprised us, cycling and walking is great, there are also two lakes for water sports.

Manager present at the agreed time, received clear and friendly explanation. As far as we have been able to discover, there is no (extensive) information folder with, for example, important telephone numbers or places of interest in the area The rooms are more than sufficient for 2 families of 4/5 people (max. 9 sleeping places) The situation of the bathroom / shower (s) are, as previously reviewed, not super convenient in terms of privacy. Furthermore, everything is actually available from coffee machine to washing machine and dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV, but no (good) cable or satellite, so mainly noise. No Wifi available. The enclosed garden (including Jeu de Boule court) with terrace is very spacious and offers 100% privacy. Excellent garden furniture and BBQ. Along the house a small river where the children and the dog had a great time. All in all, definitely worth repeating!

It is a beautiful house with a large enclosed garden and lots of privacy. Through a gate you come to a running water. Not only very beautiful but both son and dog had a great time.
P.s: there is WiFi in the cottage!

A very pleasant holiday. Very quiet location where you certainly unwind. The nearby stream certainly gives a soothing feeling to this! In the cottage everything is provided that you need.

We had to search the cottage for a short while but found it quickly. Arrived there was a note at the door with telephone numbers. The lady came very quickly. Key transfer went smoothly. We had wonderful weather really warm and the cottage was cool. Ideal for my bulldogs. Beautiful large fenced garden also super ordinary. We could bbqen because of the bbq there. We have done a lot in the area so we are not bored.

A nice house with large enclosed garden. Ideal for small children and dogs. Direct in nature and lots to do in the area. Unfortunately we only used one shower, the other was very outdated, had no light and the shower head was hanging loose. The separate toilet and other bathroom had been refurbished. The layout was a little awkward. For the 2nd shower and 2nd toilet you had to go through the bedrooms. The kitchen and other facilities were fine. I would not recommend this house in cold periods, now it was already quite fresh inside and heating and electricity are extra.

Arrival went smoothly. The accommodation is very nice only the bedroom decor is unfavorable. You have to go through a first bedroom to get to the second and it is only that bedroom that has a closed shower room. The other shower is opposite the toilet and is completely open. furthermore a great house and lots of garden space. Really a home for the summer. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy.

Quiet area within walking distance to the village with shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the woods and beautiful nature. The cottage is a well-kept garden for the dogs. It is possible for us to repeat. We also had the weather and that is a very plus point.

A wonderful place with a spacious, well-fenced garden where the dogs are free! A stream next to the house for cooling. Environment offers many opportunities in nature. The house is a bit dark and cool, but on hot days that is quite nice. The layout and accessibility of the bathroom is not ideal because you have to go through two bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are pleasantly spacious.

Very smooth reception by Alline, she had already lit the pellet stove before our arrival, and was very quickly there with the key. Please note no central heating. Pellet stove 10 euro per bag. In 2 days 4 bags consumed. Shower and toilet can get a turnaround. Also good location supermarket nearby. Electric heating in the rooms available. But when you turn it on, it consumes a lot of electricity.

Lounge suite is due for replacement. Furthermore, beautiful property with fantastic location. More price electricity it was very high because of the electrical heaters in the home. When entering house was very cold, making you quite the high stoves had to take to get the behachelijk.

Again, a pleasant weekend with everything you can in terms of basic need. Especially the finished garden is ideal for the dogs. The bathroom is somewhat outdated (the faucet leaks). All in all a successful weekend.

Beautiful house in a very nice location. 4 people had a very nice holiday. Pallet stove works perfectly. The landlord was not present upon arrival at 16:30, knocked on the neighbors, who called the landlord. Cottage was however very humid. Landlord gave very brief explanation. On departure, the landlord was well on time and friendly. Address Belvilla listed No. 26 was No. 23, half an hour looking for the cottage!

After inquiring what we could finally find the house, outside it looked lovely, lovely private location, spacious garden. Inside, things really in need of renovation, it all just to comply. Shower and toilet leak, beds very saggy, but superfine pans, good heater. We found absolutely no cottage for 10 or 12 people, there are only two toilets' s, showers, if a person is asleep upstairs person must "night all facing down, the home run to the toilet. People were nice, all in all had a great weekend

we are the weekend of 11/14/2014 to 11/16/2014 with our two dogs, two kids who also have a dog and two children had been in this house and friends! It was super! environment, location with a babbling brook in the background, a peaceful area to walk this was also a very good location! The cottage was very good, we were able to warm us well with pellet stove, s "evening the fire still in made a fire. The house was spacious enough, clean and the owner was very friendly and explained everything well! So for us this was a successful weekend, we will definitely come back!
