Holiday Home Olpenitz & Beach is a modern, bright holiday home directly on the seafront, facing the sunny side with a view of the marina in the OstseeResort Olpenitz.

The house is designed as a semi-detached house and extends over two floors with large floor-to-ceiling windows that bring plenty of light and space into the house.

On the ground floor, guests enter the open-plan living area via an inviting hallway. The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa corner with a sleeping function, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and a large natural wood dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a classic coffee machine and a Senseo coffee pod machine.

A guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine are also located on the ground floor.

The furnished terrace, overlooking the marina, is directly adjacent to the living area. As the terrace runs around a corner, it also offers a stunning view of the open Baltic Sea when seated in the sheltered corner. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are provided.

An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and integrated sauna.

The double bedroom has an additional TV and direct access to the balcony with a stunning view of the marina. The balcony is also accessible from the bathroom. The balcony is furnished with a bistro table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing hours with a view of sailors and passing boats.

Because the house faces the marina and not the open sea, it is particularly sunny and sheltered from the wind – ideal for guests who appreciate peace, light, and a view of the water.

A private parking space and a small hut for the safe storage of bicycles or beach toys are available free of charge.

For guests with dogs, a portable dog fence can be booked upon request, allowing for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend.
