It was a wonderful stay, everything was in tip top condition. You always need the car to go shopping. Very nice area for excursions to Saint-Malo Cancale Dinard. Great, very friendly owners.

We were welcomed by the homeowners. This holiday home is ideally located to discover the Côte d 'Emeraude: Mont St Michel, St Malo, Dinard, Dinan. We had a very nice holiday here, this holiday home is definitely a good reference!

On arrival we were kindly received and the pancakes were ready. The house and garden are very well maintained and look neat, everything is present in the house. There is only 1 baker in the village, but he only opens at 8:30. At a short 7 km drive to Dol de Bretagne you have more choice one of the bakers there opens at 6:40. The surrounding area eg Mont Saint Michel or Sint Malo are a 30/40 km drive away. We have also received a number of nice places from the owner of the house that were worth visiting. We have had a good time there. It is a must for everyone.

Great welcome by the owners, even the pancakes were ready for us.Friendly people, but only spoke French. Google translate was therefore a whole invention. The house was just a palace for us. Fully furnished, very spacious and extremely clean. Beautiful view of the huge garden with its own fishing pond. Large terrace with several seating areas and a covered area with built-in barbecue. Environment is beautiful, but actually you do not have to leave this house because it was there all days enjoy. Nature in the garden itself was beautiful, and many squirrels, birds, owls, lizards, frogs and even a few deer had a visit there.

The house is perfect! Spacious, very clean and very luxurious. It is located just outside the village of Epiniac on a quiet road where occasional agricultural traffic passes by. The owners are very friendly, like most French do not speak English, but are very hospitable. They live next to the house, but they do not interfere with you. However, they are accessible and friendly. The house is a great base for exploring the area. Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne and Cancale are all nearby and are well worth a visit. For fish lovers, there is also a pond in front of the door where free use can be made. The dog was also allowed. However, the garden is not fenced. The pond is full of roaches. We have been very entertained!

In August 2017 we were the second time in this beautiful holiday house. The reception was again very warm, the crêpes of Madame Glemont on arrival very delicious. If one asks you get also nice tips where you for example. good food can go. If a quiet holiday is preferred here is just right. If you're lucky, you can even watch the deer from the terrace behind the lake.To the village Dol simd it about 10 minutes by car. Also to the sea z.B.Vievir sur mer or Cruerueix it is about 20min. If you have children and would like to play outside, for example, featherball has enough space. The house is very clean the interior as in the photos. We will definitely go there again. Very friendly owners who actually live on the same property. But despite that, you rarely see or hear them. You could reach out to them whenever needed and with all your questions. A beautiful house with everything that was needed. The only thing we might have missed was a freezer. But that's just something to get used to and work around. Beautiful area and many sights nearby! Definitely worth returning.

A very nice house with a beautiful garden with pond and petanque field. The covered terrace with barbecue is very pleasant. The house has a very good location. It is only half an hour's drive to Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo and Dinan. Dol-de-Bretagne is nearby and well worth a visit. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. Breton pancakes, fresh eggs and beer were waiting for us. Recommended!

A luxurious spacious home, beautiful kitchen, large bathroom, charming French-speaking owners, who make this property available during the rental season and live significantly more tight on the side of the house. A nice terrace with garden set and sun loungers adjacent to the house and around the house a huge garden with many beautiful flower beds, a large pond, extra seating. Even a kingfisher seen at the pond. Everything is well maintained and super clean.

Fijne accommodatie gelegen aan een rustige weg. Behoudens een vriezer is alles aanwezig wat nodig is in een vakantiehuisje. Wel zelf beddengoed meenemen. Wat erg attent was, was dat er bij aankomst een stapel crêpes klaar lag en een welkom pakket met drinken. Een andere leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je je eigen groente en broodresten als voer mag geven aan de kippen.

The welcome by Martina and Jean-Yves, the owner, was extremely friendly. We got a zucchini, some plums from the garden and crèpes offered. The house is truly national and if there are ten cars' s on a day pass that much. Highly recommended for people who are looking for peace. For shopping you should average 8 km drive to Dol-de-Bretagne, there is a large Intermarché. The baker, also the only shop in the village, is ± 2 km from the cottage. Further falls on the property absolutely no place downsides. In short, a perfect location for nature and peace lovers.

We have really enjoyed our holiday, everything looked spick and span in a very friendly and helpful host and hostess and everything is clean and hygienisch.Wij were with us daughter of seven months, the cottage was previously also equipped! Also, the location is a good base for wonderful sights such as Mont St. Michel, St. Malo (in bad weather also make the effort to visit the beautiful sea aquarium), Dinan, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne and Rennes. We've been here from 4 to 11 July 2015. It is a beautiful and spacious house and a Beautifulhalf place. The locals are very welcoming but leave you alone. Great base for beach, nice old places, like Dinan, and in the area you may well cycle.
