A very welcoming reception by the owner. It is a comfortable house, with all the trimmings. Towels bed linen dishwasher oven and microwave. We had a very nice week, partly because the weather was beautiful. Nice that there are 2 umbrellas and different seats, so you can also look up the shade. We enjoyed the area and especially the beach in Petten. Received a bottle of wine as a welcome, what a sweet gesture. This stay is worth repeating for us. Greeting Pieter and Maria from Uden.

The holiday home is located very quietly right by a canal in a very beautiful area. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the living room is cozily furnished. I spent a wonderful week there and will definitely come back again!

Very nice house. Our salvation for the bad weather (which no one could help) . Fully equipped. So if you don't like it there, it's purely up to you. Wonderfully quiet and clean. Also quite affordable!! Recommended

Small nice bungalow. Perfect for the 2 of us with a dog. Beautifully situated and close to the beaches of Hargen an Zee, Camperduin and Petten. The bungalow has everything you need for a few nice vacation days. Many thanks to the owner for the welcome drink. We were very happy about it.

Had a great four days. Schoorl - beach - Bergen aan Zee is easily accessible by bike. The house is equipped with all conveniences. There was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bunk bed and some cobwebs on the ceiling, but we overlooked that â™¡ a bottle of wine as a welcome gift was super nice!

Helpful Hr. Homan who caught us at the cottage. Nice park, small and well-arranged. (3 entrances, do agree on which entrance!) Walk a bit with stuff from the parking lot to the house. A nice house, fully equipped, about 7 km from the beautiful beach Schoorl aan Zee, 11 km from the nice city of Alkmaar, beautiful bike ride on the dike to Schagen. Good beds, nice shower, nice to sit outside, good dining room chairs, well-equipped kitchen. Bottle of wine and nuts as a welcome and some kitchen items immediately present as first use. (coffee, filters, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, etc.) Not large, but big enough for 2 people. We have felt at home there. Clear agreements about leaving the house and calling in help if needed were also very pleasant. Fine stay, pleasant reception and resolving issues. For example, there appeared to be no wifi, which was promised. Mr. Homan immediately took action to solve this (no WiFi however in the house). When it gets really hot, it is also immediately warm inside this house, but because of the folding doors it has cooled down in no time. Quite noisy when guests are seated outside in the adjacent cottages. Lovely view at the rear, peace and quiet with frogs, owls and sheep. A quiet dike along which occasional traffic comes.

The e.e.a. has already been filled in when asked how the key transfer was, good. Cottage itself was good. Not with the car at the house for unloading, too heavy. TV bad. hanging towel bad. No dishcloths. Bicycles could not in the shed in the rain. Too little toilet roll. Only a little hand soap, bar of soap not present. No cooperation camping boss key pole. No shower mat against slipping. No WiFi. House poorly maintained, grass not mowed, umbrella foot filthy.

Great location in an excellent environment. Chalet is fully equipped and an excellent base for hiking, cycling, beach, forest and dunes. Pleasant reception and lots of space around it. Two drawbacks, the N9 gives the necessary traffic noise, especially with the wrong wind, 145 euros cleaning costs for a chalet of less than 50 m2! Then you can certainly expect it to be perfectly clean and it certainly wasn't!
