Great house! Clean! Big enough, since I was alone. A bit cramped for 4. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Quiet park!Service package adapt to the type of house. No dishwasher, so dishwasher tablet etc. not necessary. Restaurant fine. Supermarket not much available, but was not necessary for me either.

Accommodation was lovely. Parc wasn't easy to find after getting off the bus and the reception was the other end of the Parc. Not ideal when you have lots of luggage!

Accommodation was clean. View of pond gave a real holiday feeling. The nice house looked as good as new. However, there were also some downsides. For example, the WiFi code was missing, and we had to figure out how the gas heater worked (gas tap was closed by default and manual was missing). Also a number of lights did not work, including the light in the bathroom. In order to shower properly, we had to provisionally fasten the shower head with a hair elastic.

On the whole very correct, but the last night we had a problem with the heating which had gone out during the day and when we returned in the evening it was 13Â°C and it was impossible to turn on the heating. So we called the phone number to reach outside reception opening hours, no one answered after several attempts. Then we called Belvilla who put us through to such a person. but no one answered there either. Fortunately we did not have a toddler. It was the evening of 04/07/2022. Then around 11:30 p.m. I managed to restart the heating, perhaps the remote control battery?

Hygiene is not top notch, a button is missing at the gas stove, bathroom needs to be replaced (or thorough cleaning), removing dead mosquitoes and all in all just better cleaning in the accommodation.

The park is really great. Animation program well filled but were at the end of the season and you noticed. Furthermore, it was quite bizarre that on top of the high costs of Belvilla for this house (almost double the rent if you had rented directly at the park. ) You also have to pay 60 euros for cleaning costs. This while the cottage is only moderately wiped out and you get a whole list of things about how clean you should leave it behind.

Europarcs resort de Rijp. Check-in between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We were there at 3:00 PM, checked in, they say: your house has not been cleaned yet, you have to wait a while. We had to wait until 19:00 with a child of 2 and a pregnant woman, that is really unacceptable. And then we could eventually enter the house, and then it was not even clean properly .. Furthermore, the park is pretty neat. Most homes could certainly use a lick of paint. It's all getting old at the park.Erik

Organizationally everything was ok, but the tiny house was not cleaned, everything was full of cobwebs on the windows and doors and around the house (and really big, fat cross spiders 4-5cm bodies). No hooks to hang towels, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. Couch and bed totally uncomfortable. Only the dining table with the chairs could be used. Didn't sleep through the night, because either crawling animals or mosquitoes made the night hell ... Conclusion: Unique, non-repeatable experience!

No hospitable reception. At 3 pm we could go in but the house was not ready until 6:30 pm and we only got the key. We were not the only one. No apologies from the organization.Huisje is small but doable. Not suitable for 4 adults to stay. The house was not very clean either.

Very bad service! The TV suddenly turned off around 10 pm. Luckily my 2 year old girl was not under the TV, but it shocked us and our daughter started to cry. We called the service center, maybe the language was not right , but they knew what had happened, but we were disappointed that they didn't come until the morning, but we were still concerned and disappointed. Do we have to get hurt before they come? I told the service center that we will never come again in the future.
