The apartment, located on the first floor and reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room, which has a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and American coffee machine. From here you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the greenery, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy tasty meals outdoors. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. A bathroom with shower completes the furnishings.
A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is located on the ground floor of the building.

The communal swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap might be required.
