Highly Recommended. Celebrated a bachelor party with 15 men on site. From the property itself to its location and communication with the lovely landlady, everything was great. Can be recommended unreservedly.

A very nice place where you really have all the freedom to be together as a group. Do not expect luxury, but everything works and there is a lot of space. Do not forget to reserve the tower separately, otherwise you will have to share the location!

We felt very comfortable, there are enough dishes for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped. There is enough space to withdraw from time to time. You can relax, pamper yourself with a sauna, or play table football and table tennis. If you want to watch a DVD, it is advisable to bring a DVD player with you, as there is none at the moment. You get used to it from day to day House and and knows where the rooms are .. we were with a group of 10 people in the beautiful view and spent great days.

Our group of 11 adults (22-32 years) in the house for us was absolutely fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone, the house is furnished with all the comforts and we experienced such lovely days. Campfires at night in deep water balloon fight, outings, walks, great food and great sleep. Many trips are possible in the area. Everyone was very enthusiastic about the house, its location (on top of a mountain, in the woods!) And the complete calm that radiates. We have in the projector room can look fantastic films, the sauna is good for up to four people at once. Also you can in the downstairs bathroom estate with 3 people showering simultaneously. The kitchen is also a relic of the Hotel / Bed and Breakfast which the house has been before. Enough work space, plenty of kitchen utensils such as pots and pans and utensils and even with an industrial dishwasher, all cleaning tasks done with ease. The cottage is situated moreover in a nearby village i.p.v. in Bad Ems, this may cause the arrival of some confusion. The supermarket (REWE) is 5-10 min drive and there are other supermarkets within a few minutes further. We have no neighbors seen or talked to in our week, but here and there a BMX rider

We were there for the second time as a group of 6 motorcycle riders. For us, it was the perfect place to spend a carefree and fun week. Plenty of space inside and outside. Everything was handled very smoothly from arrival to departure. I would like to highlight the good soul of the house who is always there to help and advise.

It is a very large house, where pieces have been added over time. This makes it a kind of maze. There is a large kitchen with many kitchen utensils, a large oven, a fine griddle and two dishwashers. There is a playground outside with a swing and a playhouse, inside there is a tennis table and a football table (with bats and balls) and there are games and books (German and Dutch). So plenty to do even when it rains, despite the lack of WIFI. There is a cozy fireplace where you can make a fire with self-gathered wood from the forest.
The house is on top of a hill and is called "Schöne Aussicht", but from the house you actually have a view of trees. On a clear night you can see an incredible amount of stars. It is nice to walk in the surrounding forest.
There are three cots, a high chair and a washing machine. There is no washing line or pegs.
There is not much to do near the house, but the route to Koblenz along the Rhine (approx. 45 minutes' drive) is beautiful. We (two families with children aged 2 to 13) visited the Army Museum there, and on another day we took the cable car to Fortress Ehrenbreitstein, both highly recommended. The Sommerrhodelbaan near Loreley is also worth a visit.

Setting was fantastic. You step out the door and can do several walks. The kitchen was very good, professionally equipped. The beds were top notch. The sauna and TV room were a welcome luxury after steps a day. Especially now in the winter it was there to enjoy the snow while the whole way up there was easy ride. The location is in fact higher as the area so there is faster snow.
