The apartment is a perfect option for spending a few days visiting Dubrovnik whether you are travelling solo or in a couple, Goran was very welcoming and the nice biscuits and homemade fig jam were amazing, The apartment is close to probably one of the best beaches in Dubrovnik, and within walking distance from the old town, port and bus station to the airport, Really enjoyed my stay there!

We arrived at 11pm, the host was waiting for us, We had a very warm welcome, with a jar of fig jam and little cakes that were delicious! \r\nThe accommodation is very well located, less than 15 minutes walk from the old center, with several bus lines passing under the accommodation, \r\nThe accommodation itself is very well equipped, and above all the sea view is very nice! The enclosed terrace was very much appreciated in May 😊\r\nDon't hesitate to book this accommodation, it really is a rare gem at this price!

Recommended for a good stay, When I arrived by taxi Goran was already waiting for me outside, Despite the late hour, I got an extensive explanation and treats, Basic apartment, but spotlessly clean, good wifi, good shower, Nice sheltered downstairs terrace but upstairs you can also put the chairs outside at the top of the stairs and look out in the sun over the pleasantly busy street, the beautiful bay and the sea in front of the door, Various types of coffee and tea, an oven, everything is available, This accommodation felt like home with these lovely people, Recommended is Otto streetfood across the street, Heavenly Otto burger! Parking? Buy a day ticket zone 3 online for only 8.60 per 24 hours via the Sanitat website, Or a little further on at the vending machine, Studenac supermarket next door, Had a wonderful stay for a good price, recommended!

amazing place and owner! \nthe view and location is unreal for the price, you are a 10min walk down to what we thought was the best beach in dubrovnik (can swim off the rocks or beach, has cliff jumps as well) \nwe were greeted with fresh figs, homemade fig jam and chocolate biscuits which all tasted great! has well sized fridge and bathroom as well as air conditioning, as it’s a 15min walk from the old town you sleep really well as the streets aren’t as busy, the shutters keep most of the noise out anyway, \nhighly recommend staying here as long as you can :)

Great hosts and locationSuperfriendly hosts who waited for us to check in even though we arrived a lot later than planned and very late in the evening, They gave us home made jam and had left us some fruit and bisquits as well, Very clean place, Tea and different kinds of coffee was for free, We only missed a regular coffee brewing machine😉 But we made instant coffee instead which worked fine, Shops, bakery and a beach very close by, 10-15 to walk to the old town,
