what a view of the pool with green mountainous landscape when you open the front door. Beautiful old house with contemporary comfort. The village of Fifizzano is also really nice. Ideal to spend your vacation in peace!

On arrival we found a very neat house, with the previously received information was all very clear, except for sorting the waste was not so simple (glass with PMD together ?? !!)

It was very relaxed to arrive and to find the house lock in a secure safe. Immediately at the opening of the gate we were surprised with a beautiful view and a lovely pool. The house was fully equipped. In short, beautiful accommodation! The area is very beautiful and with a variety of nice towns, sea and islands is the optimal enjoyment of the Italian atmosphere!

You definitely have to swing 3 km up and you think where we will be right, but this is a good, very nice palace, which has all the conveniences. Wifi and a private swimming pool, the most important for the children, and of course we also like this. Inside and out, it looks perfect. The key is in a key safe, which is fine, no need to wait and you do not have stress. You'll really relax and the view is gorgeous. We sat alone and totally on our own and found this delicious. The building (episcopal palace) has 3 house numbers and the neighbors veranda is open, so if there are residents (which was not our case) the privacy is a lot less.

After a challenging ride through a winding road we arrived at Casa Mazzola. Once through the gate, we were greeted immediately by the fantastic views and the soothing tranquility.

Clear information in advance of arrival. We found a beautiful house that was well equipped and has a beautiful view. The area has a beautiful nature and within an hour you are at sea or slightly longer in cities like Luca and Pisa.

Lovely very cozy cottage with all the luxury of home, only a little lounge to relax and watch TV. Unfortunately, the DVD player did not open to watch movies because because of the bad weather this was one of the few things we could do.

Very nice view from the terrace / swimming pool. For 6 people adequately equipped. Fortunately, the cottage was not occupied because otherwise you have little privacy on the terrace. I would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation was very hard to find (as the directions were not so great). The perfect situation, however, has compensated us. But you have to love the remoteness. (We do). you have to expect an hour's drive to reach the sea.

All in all, we look back on 2 wonderful weeks in this nice house. I will not repeat what has been written before, that's all right, want to put some notes. The neighbors were present, and Italian families are a little noisy ... they also look directly from their balcony in your pool. The children (teens) of this and other families in this community (it's a click) usually spend the day in the courtyard at the front door where there is a ping-pong table. You are not here in a quiet oasis like previous reviews. We had nice contact, and it only bothered us occasionally. The house itself is fine. Gemis is a hood in the kitchen, everything is also fatty in the kitchen. The (main) bedroom is directly above the kitchen, and is only separated by a wooden floor. The smell and heat of the whole house, and it was already so hot. The thick walls keep warm, and the only 2 fans present were too few. Only one window in the main bedroom was a horn, at the other windows they were missing or were they (for a long time, you could see) broken. With the many flies, mosquitoes etc. not so nice. On the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, small windows and virtually no curtains, so very bright early in the morning. The 4 kilometer mountain road (almost 300 altimeters) to the house is pretty bad, but after 2 days you know the pits and bad spots. As a total report we give it a tight 7.

We were able to spend a week at this property, with beautiful weather and a great view. We enjoyed the good decor and facilities. Certainly special was the authenticity of the house to give a special atmosphere. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the 200 meter increase from Fivizzano.

We stayed as a family with 4 adults and 2 children at this wonderful house. Before going I was worried it would be a bit isolated and remote, this ended up being the aspect we enjoyed most. The peace and quiet, relaxing on the outdoor terraces, looking at the amazing view, watching the swallows, eating great food and staring at the stars. It only takes 7 minutes to drive up the small road but feels like you leave the world behind you. The kids loved the pool and would happily play for ages. It was the perfect depth for our 7 year old. We enjoyed the local area which had very view tourists, it's also easy to reach the coast and the mountains. The house was very well equipped, everything worked and we had everything you needed to cook lovely meals. We even made fresh ravioli. We would love to go back and would highly recommend the house.

The house is fully equipped. The location and the view is amazing. An abundance of peace. A clean environment and you really have to have the experience present in Tuscany. A must is a good navigation in the car. This if you want to set off to the lovely villages and towns in the region. We left tips in the guest book at the cottage. And in good weather it is even no punishment a few days to stay at home and relax. The choice which you choose is beautiful in nature situated house, but slightly secluded from the sights. With a good car and you are 100 km in towns like Lucca, Pisa, Postoia, Florence and Prato. Furthermore, the coastal villages within a radius of 40 km. Very beautiful and worth visiting. Like the trips through the Garfagnana (Castelnuovo).

It has us all very well, but especially the pool and the beautiful view over the Apuan !! The house is very nice and you quickly feel very comfortable. Au ෾ rdem We were very impressed with the nature .... a bamboo forest next to the house, the aforementioned madness views and animals, such as porcupines, F ࿌ hse, owls, many birds of prey, scorpions (quite small:-)) and all love cats !!

Very quiet, well-appointed accommodation. Features a 15-minute drive away. However, at a considerable distance from larger cities (La Spezia about 45 min, 90 min Genoa, Parma 90 min, 75 min Lucca). Beautiful area. Beautiful garden with nice pool and fantastic views.

Lovely house .... with loving personal interior design. Here lives the history of the old building. Privacy, peace and even the garden is on two levels with private, well-maintained, clean pool. The entire garden is unreasonable, the mountains of the Apuan Alps great.

Just back from Cinque Terre, nice but not as overwhelming as the view of 75A! Fascinating how the clouds above the mountains per minute exchange. For Kees, our hound, hard not to go behind the lizards. For city people like us proud that we have four swallows have rescued from the pool. Floating and kicking, but not the strength to get out there yourself. Steven has made them a special infirmary on the edge of the lower terrace, on the warm stone, surrounded by rocks on both sides and a roof to get back on strengths. And all four flew out again: 'est la bella vita'! A valuable holiday in a comfortable, beautiful home. Nicole, Isabelle and Steven
