Before our vacation started, Topic Travel had already received a great service when answering our questions. For example, we were given a free road map of the area to our surprise at the information package. Great service. The reception on site was excellent and very friendly. Everything was explained and designated. Also the closing at the end of the holiday was fine we received our deposit a day earlier because we wanted to leave early. The information and pictures on the website about the house were exactly the way it was. Sénezergues is a small and very quiet place in a beautiful green landscape. We have walked a lot, with sometimes steep forest paths and often beautiful views. Enjoyed the large garden with views over the hills.The grass was mowed and the garden and terrace was neatly taken care of, there was plenty of sunshine and a lot of shade that made it possible for you to sit everywhere We used the sun loungers a lot! Right next to the house and the garden, but spread throughout the day there are no more than four cars and sometimes a hiker. Rest and lots of privacy! Good to know that the church bells were early in the morning (7 o'clock), but we did not mind that much. Hearing it all.When we wanted to go some more or go to some bigger places for the supermarket, that would be A short drive (half an hour) by car. There is a bakery and mini supermarket in the area, both in Cassaniouze and Calvinet, about 5km away. The house was clean and tidy, spacious and fine kitchen and equipment. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds had good mattresses. In short, we had a great week in a very beautiful holiday home. We highly recommend that you enjoy peace and privacy in a beautiful green and hilly area! What little minus points? The holiday home is fine, the surroundings are beautiful. A downside is that there is no good swimming spot in the immediate vicinity. Signed open air pools are small and therefore overcrowded and most are only open in July and August, while it is already very hot in June. The nearest lake for swimming is an hour away. A great place.

The arrival was somewhat chaotic as we did not count the good number. With the help of restaurant owner 100 meters further everything was resolved quickly. The surroundings are magnificent !! The house is fine and equipped with every comfort.

The house is located in a small village, which is very quiet. Enjoy lots of nature and the silence. In the morning you will be awoken by a church bell, but you will win soon. There are many small places in the area worth visiting. The house is well equipped and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay in Senezergues started with a difficult start. The owners (2 brothers) do not live next to the house and you must agree a time in advance for the key transfer. That was very difficult. The gentlemen really only speak French and do not respond to text messages. Our French was insufficient for a meaningful phone call, which meant that we needed the Belvilla emergency line to make an appointment for the key transfer. That service from Belvilla was very nice! Once all were present, the transfer went well. It is a beautiful character old French house. Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was unfortunately not very clean. The house has a beautiful garden and beautiful view and nature in the area is also very beautiful. It was very hot when we were there, which meant that we mainly looked up water activities (canoeing and swimming). In previous reviews, the drawback was that the house is right on the road. As far as we are concerned, that is no obstacle at all. There is hardly any traffic. All in all we had a great (albeit very warm) week in Senezergues!

On arrival we had to wait half an hour because the owner lived further away. After arrival we explained in peace how everything worked and we received 2 nice welcome gifts. The location of the house was a bit disappointing because even the Belvilla photos did not show that a road ran right past the house. The house itself was ok and typically French laid out. What was striking was that some vermin ran back and forth between the ceiling and the floor in the evening. Nothing seen by the way. Owners are going to solve this! Beautiful area that we enjoyed very much. In our eyes, however, this house was not worth 8.4.

House was not too hard to find, but everything turned out to be locked and the landlord did not live next door. After we had informed the landlord by telephone that we had arrived (only to communicate in French) the owner came to open the house after about 45 minutes. Once again it turned out to be very difficult that the landlord did not speak a word of English and our daughter had poor French. With a lot of gestures, everything was made a bit clear and our vacation could start. The house was very sparsely furnished in our opinion. Few chairs, few crockery and cutlery. But well later in the area it turned out that these are not the richest areas. The house was in a very small village and also in the area are mainly very small villages so you really have to go out for some entertainment. We also noticed that there is very little youth in the region and the population consists mainly of older couples. We have been able to make beautiful trips, canoeing in De Lot, visited the weekly market in Meers on Thursdays and visited the beautiful old town of Concues.

The upstairs toilet was cracked and the water had been turned off, making it unusable. The Wi-Fi mentioned in the contract was nonexistent because lightning struck near the house a month prior. The pans were unfit for use, and we sent photos to the service at sos@belvilla.fr. We arrived on Saturday, September 13, and left on September 14, 2025; no compensation was granted to us. We will never rent from Belvilla again.

The cottage is situated in a lovely quiet area and looks great. Although announce every morning at 7:00 am the church bells enthusiastic new day, but there you are already accustomed to after two days and that does not detract from the tranquility of the area. The nearby restaurant apparently is only open on request and other restaurants further away places were just in the moments that we who wanted to visit not open. The kitchen equipment is very basic. The dishwasher should include both our opinion may be against a toaster and braadpan.Ondanks critical notes, it is a great place for exploring the south of the Auvergne and the Lot Valley. Beautiful environment, beautiful towns and villages ... an area to definitely come back to owner gaan.De only speak French (with a local accent), but with some hands and feet that make do just fine.

Due to the very bad weather we had the first week many are inside. With the high and relatively small windows you had little hope, but little light. Quiet, quiet, nice view, nice owners (two brothers), refurbished house in particular the kitchen is very basic. Upstairs next to the bathroom two bedrooms with 3 x 2 double french bed, 1 x single bed and cot. Cushions for outdoor furniture not present. In August, a lot of flies. Basic amenities in the vicinity (4 km). Aurillac is 40 minutes. Said swimming pond is separate from the campsite's own supervisor from 2 hours. Stay of one week was sufficient for us.

It is a quiet and complete home of a friendly owner. Everything works, good beds (1.90), large garden and clean. It is on the way! and 100 meters at a "restaurant" where housing costs are eating. In the village there are no facilities (castle is not accessible). Approximately fifteen minutes drive away is the baker and a half hours to the hyper marche. The zoo is close to a deer park. Lakes, castles and the like from a half hour. Good hiking in Le Lioran.
