A nice spacious and clean house. The owner is friendly and helpful. From the house you can undertake fun activities within a short travel distance. Small bummer are the church bells, but after 2 nights you get used to that.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was charming and well-furnished, with a lovely living-dining area, We felt right at home, The proximity to the ski slopes was a bonus, as we love winter sports!

The apartment is fine, spacious enough for 4 people. Fully equipped. What particularly stood out was that the apartment was incredibly clean. It has a playful layout with a nice tower room. Only downside was the church bell that woke us up at 7:00 in the morning.

A nice house with a somewhat separate layout. Especially the tower room was popular with the children. The owner's service was perfect. The towels were nice and soft and the beds nicely made. When one of the children became ill and we needed extra towels, that was no problem. This one is worth repeating.

This holiday home in a former school is located in a working farm. It is very well thought out with the available (and sometimes weird) spaces. What makes you crazy in the kitchen sometimes with two. There are also some stairs to do, so for people who are not good at walking or families with small children this can be a problem. The tower room is very nice, our oldest daughter slept very much! Perhaps some nicer decorations instead of two beds and six different cabinets) The owners are pleasant and friendly, did everything we wanted, and we had to go to the cows all day with the kids to go to the cows (the specific farm smell takes you there I do not mind it, my daughter thought it was quite stinking). The church with the "loud" clock is indeed close, but did not bother at all. Most windows are fitted with shutters, so that also makes the noise a little more. You can not find a shop or a bank in Eimelrod, for example, drive to the neighboring Usseln (10 minutes drive). It's quiet and calm, but within a half-hour drive you will find a swimming pool, a Sunparcs swimming paradise, a Fort Fun theme park, a toboggan run, ice skating rink, adventure golf, indoor playground and plenty of shops, cafes and Restaurants in Usseln and Willingen. For the rest, you can also enjoy walking and cycling in the area.

Warm welcome. Nice layout through the turret. Our daughter was completely happy with "her tower room". Enough to do in the area, especially in Willingen (about 20 minutes by car)

We were half an hour earlier at the cottage, but that was no problem. We were warmly received and received a good tour and clear explanation of everything. The house is neat and well-appointed. The tower loved the children to sleep in and they liked watching the cows and bulls. It is a quiet, beautiful environment with plenty of things to do. Toboggan run, glassworks, ski jump in Willingen, Waldeck Castle on the Edersee. It was warm weather, so swim in the Diemelsee. Church clock is good to hear because the church is close. Everything had a successful holiday together.

Friendly welcome. Clean, simple equipped apartment on 3 (!) Floors. Therefore it is not suitable for elderly persons (with reduced mobility). The room under the tower roof is very cramped by surrounding sloping roof. It has a very narrow rise and very low beds. Therefore, what more for children. Basically, could be thought about a renewal of the beds. The seat height is too low and the mattresses and the slats are too soft. A sitting on the bed is not really possible. For small money, there are already good boxspring beds which correspond to the current standard. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Unfortunately there is no shower partition. So we had to (5 males) share a shower, which is not really comfortable. Thanks to nice holiday neighbors, we could park our motorcycles under the carport, which belonged to their apartment. Perhaps the carport should be provided for motorcyclists, as it is normally not a problem when a car is once in the rain. Motorcycles like rain now times not at all. Especially not standing and overnight. In the village there are 2 guest houses but unfortunately no shopping possibility! No baker in the place that has opened! If our stay was the business was closed due to illness. Breakfast was always at the inn. A purchase is in the adjoining place (about 4km) in full extent possible. If you want to go to Willingen purely for the journey by taxi between 25, - and 30, - €. Conclusion For our purposes was Eimelrod as a place to stay fully sufficient. Only the missing baker was a little nervous. For the future should be thought about new beds. Eimelrod is also suitable as a starting point for hikers. Due to missing offers on site, children would quickly get bored. The only way to get around is by car.

We were rarely in the House because we had the majority of the time on the road goods.We were a group of young people this apartment perfectly.The single beds in the tower, however, were not very high (only for children) .If we are in the beds the slats had jumped out at night very uncomfortable war.Alles in all a cozy apartment very handy with two bathrooms.

This house is in a small village near Willingen. It is about 15 minutes by car. The village itself is very quiet summers (excl famous / infamous clock tower next to the house). Shops and restaurants you have to go to neighboring towns like Ussel and Willingen. You can go hiking and mountain biking. The owners are very welcoming and warm. We had a spacious apartment with turret. In the tower is a small room with two beds. Very nice for the kids. The house is very well maintained, clean and fresh. Very nice. You can sit on the large private balcony or in the communal garden below. The larger resort of Winterberg is about half an hour by auto.Als you want to sit with your nose on top of all the fun, you should not rent this house. Go see for peace and quiet and you will find fifteen minutes by car no problem, you're here.

Fine for long weekend with family. Tower Dots nice but only suitable for children. Annoying bells make you wake up at 7 am. No supermarket or bakery. However, two very old-fashioned restaurants. Wonderful walks from the apartment.

A very nice week had im Turm. A beautiful house with lots of luxury. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen. Large private balconies, garden for the door. On-site parking. Friendly family, with grandma who lives on site and is always approachable. Church is around the corner and reads the hours are good. We had no problems with it. Furthermore, silence and clean air. Plenty of walks from the village. Bakery within walking distance. By car daytrips to Korbach, the mine in Ramsbeck and the Ettelsberg + zomerrodeln. A nice area with something for everyone.

Had a lovely relaxing week in the spring. & Quothet has never been so green at this time of the year, "we were told & quotomi". It is a large tower and we have totally been each other's way, and with three busy boys. In the immediate vicinity you can really enjoy hiking, there are several hiking trails. Messages can be in the village, but that is actually more common quotoeps & forget "moments. 10 minutes away are 2 supermarkets (Aldi and Rewe) and within half an hour denotes Willingen. It is a quiet and peaceful dorptje, so an ideal place to unwind. Indeed, the much talked about church bells ringing but you hear overdaq hardly, at 7 pm read them, I think a service so they jingle longer. And contrary to what someone else claimed, they also usher in the night .... I've also heard them in the night as poor sleeper (useful I knew approximately what time it was) but got there for the rest no one heard. . Where I had to get used the most was the lowing of the cows, which made the first day pretty sound, I suspect because they wanted to go outside ..... Overall had a great week and the kids loved it

Had a wonderful weekend. Repeating. Accommodation is special, fun turret. Also ideal for a stay with 2 year old. Church bells next to the house go several times a day. At 7 o'clock sochtend aroused by these clocks (except Sunday)

We (two adults and three teenagers) were very warmly received by managed star alongside live. We had the apartment with the tower room. Apartment is very nice, spacious and was very clean. Beds are fine. Yes, the bells of the church are very close, but you get used quickly. We were there while there is a lot of snow on the ground, so perfect for winter. Unfortunately, too much fog, so little gezien.Turm environment is highly recommended also for the price.

In 2013 a beautiful carnival week in Willingen, and a lot of luck with the snow! This house is 2 villages behind volitions, 12km of slopes. The distance by car to do well, but you can not just up and down (if you forgot something, you pass eg ..). It is one big house with approx 4 apartments in it, we were in the tower- app, own front door, with a little strange layout, the kitchen is strange in a hallway and actually it is a stairwell, because there are 3 floors. Further fine house, lots of space, spacious rooms in the tower are 2 pedden (2m long), idd for kids lovely! By the 3 bedrooms we could stay in there with 7 fine (1 infant). Bakker is within walking distance (Sunday closed), further into the village to do anything, you have pointed out to usseln or volitions. Super (balances, rewe) in Usseln.Plan the route carefully, if you are blind to navigation rides you much in the traffic jam, we were only in Erwitte of a44 off and then on Brilon that went goed.Wat our concerns must !

on arrival (early) we were welcomed by our equal gastvrouw.we received a very warm welcome and like a tour of our house and the breakfast delicious homemade jam.het house with turret was big enough for 5 adults nicely decorated clean and lots to do in the area on 25 minutes from Winter Mountains where we have 4 wonderful days are being skien.De roads inside to Winter Mountains are kept free of snow 25 minutes enjoying the beautiful uitzicht.De church bells of the neighboring church we are not disturbed "

neat house everything very clean nice host object for older people like us, there are many steps and are the bathrooms unfavorable one should be run always fall for it all the way down to the entrance (so the living area is located en the 1st floor, the other bathroom is next the kitchen so the kitchen small and very awkward when you're with 6 people, and there will be a flight of stairs to the living room and bedrooms, on the clock of the neighboring church who regularly reads and the morning at 7 am to 3 long sessions after each maaaar that eventually went well and we slept through it after a few days.

Hugely hospitable people, beautiful scenery and lots to do in the area. And all this at a reasonable distance. A playground not far away from the house and a bakery within a 2 min walk away. What was less the church bell.
