The location directly by the sea, the wind-protected (two!) terraces, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable box-spring bed and the quiet atmosphere, / / Unfortunately the dishwasher is no longer the best at washing up and the drain under the sink smells very bad. The joints and sinks in the bathrooms could or should be renewed, but then it would really be a top house!

The house had a perfect view of the Baltic Sea right from the living room, The location, although a little isolated from the next largest city, offers a real vacation/retreat experience, The surrounding area is very peaceful and you have private access directly to the waterfront, / / There is plenty of space and the rental could easily sleep up to 7 or 8 guests, The two bathrooms (both with showers) provide enough space for larger groups, / / In terms of amenities, there is everything you need for a standard vacation rental, The kitchen is equipped with enough utensils and appliances for making meals while there (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and more), It is very cozy and the living room even has a wood-burning oven! / / During our stay, we were not able to make proper use of the patio/deck as it was too cold, but there is a wonderful deck with views of the water and a seating area for nicer weather, We did do a barbecue with the grill that is stored on-site, but enjoyed the food inside away from the cold,

The proximity to the water, the quietness of the street, no noise! It should be mentioned that the electricity costs are extremely high, we used 200 kWh in 7 days, without using the electric radiators and the heating, at home we use 700 kWh per YEAR,

Holiday cottage with a magnificent location overlooking and direct access to the water via the natural large plot. Here you can enjoy lying on the small private sandy beach (423 m²), resting on a bench by the water, activate the children in the extensive grounds, which include is a swing, or take walks in the beautiful Als nature. The cottage is built of bricks and only the best materials are chosen so that the framework is in order for a good holiday. There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a sauna. Enjoy the view and nature from the living room or the terrace. The cottage shares with the neighbor a huge plot of 6000 m² directly to the beach.
