We enjoyed the Villa and the surroundings. Annick was very friendly and despite my limited French, we understood each other perfectly and received a thorough explanation of the facilities. The area is very beautiful and the villa is located near the beach where we and the dog thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely do it again!

Very pleasant house near the sea (200m) including a pleasant swimming pool and jacuzi. The sleeping rooms were tidy, the mattresses ok. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough refrigerators. The roof terrace was very cozy and we had our apéritifs there.

A very nice house in a beautiful place! For walks with our dog we were quickly at the beach where we made beautiful walks along the coast. With our children we have well entertained in and around the house in the pool, with the pool table and table tennis.

When we arrived, the owner had just set up new loungers. She had also brought several local delicacies and there were several vases with fresh flowers. So a friendly and warm welcome. The house was fantastic, spacious, clean, lots of entertainment for when the weather is not so good and very cozy and tastefully decorated. With a baby and toddler in the house, we didn't mind that not everything was brand new. The pool could have been a bit warmer for the little ones, but it was fine for the adults. The garden was huge and completely fenced, ideal! You could walk beautifully along the coast, the location of the house with stunning sea views was the perfect base for this.

After a tiring journey it was very pleasant to arrive at the holiday home. The owner unfortunately did not speak any other language than French, and our French is not very good but she did her best to explain everything as well as possible. Very friendly people. The area is really beautiful, and it is so quiet. Especially the view of the sea was always a pleasure.

Very nice stay. Very friendly hostess. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely. Everything was clean. Good beds and good sanitary facilities. The garden was also neat bij.Na 5 minutes walk you are on a rough beach. Very beautiful. At low tide, our children have also been shoveling in the sand. Along the cliffs are also nice little paths for walking. The Atlantic coast is wild but beautiful.

Too bad the sauna was not working, the jaccuzzi worked half the time and no wood for heating, a little disappointed because the rental price is quite expensive for these services but there because these services did not work it does not not justify the price.

Unfortunately, the house is showing its age and needs to be renovated; the chairs and couch need to be replaced. Showers need to be repaired. A bed is broken and a lot of little things in the kitchen. The washing machine doesn't last long, the pump is broken, but the surroundings are very nice.

We were warmly received by an elderly lady. Very friendly. She had some goodies ready and showed us kindly the house. One disadvantage they only spoke French. Now I could go a long way with my base French and she did her best to keep it simple, but if you rent international properties an administrator should be able to speak any English. If I had not spoken French, we would have had a real problem. Especially because there was a problem with the electricity at the sauna. There the stop struck constantly. The agreements about the repair were difficult to understand and I then had to use my phone to make a knowledge that speaks good French in order to be able to understand appointments concerning the repair later that week.

The welcome by the owners was heartwarming. Very dear mensen.Huis superbly equipped with nice details, beautiful. The weather was the last 14 days not so good but that we have twice enjoyed the property, the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, billiards, table tennis and of course, if the weather allowed a moment, the amazing garden. Really recommended.

Upon arrival at the villa we were welcomed by the owners with open arms. A basket with local produce was ready and were fresh flowers everywhere. Very gracious people. Location is ideal. Only 100m from the beach and the sea. Accessible on foot, and fun for the kids to scratch the rocks to go catch. The indoor pool with hot tub was used daily. The kitchen is complete, you'll find everything you need. In the vicinity there is not much to do. The beautiful town of Pont Aven. Here are a few good restaurants and it's fun to walk through. It is the ideal holiday destination if you love peace, nature and pure enjoyment. Maybe a tip for the owners, a stair gate at the top of the stairs would be safer for small children. For the rest everything is fine! We had a great holiday!

We have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this spacious and beautiful house. We were with our family, 7 adults and 1 granddaughter of 5 months. What you see on the photo 's on the website is what you get in real life, even better. Delicious hoekligbanken and chairs near the television in the corner seat. Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Everything was there even gourmet set. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and separate room with pool table and table tennis are widely used. We also have extremely lucky with the beautiful weather so we also chairs outside and the roof have used. The environment is very rewarding and you can make beautiful walks. I love the house so close to the beach. We will welcome the family will not soon forget, on the table was a nice bottle of wine, fresh strawberries and crepes and the candles burned everywhere. In short, we'll definitely go back again.

17/24 October 2009Begon with beautiful weather, so lovely in the garden from the wind. BBQ. (The dog can roam in the garden, because it is enclosed.) Even in the sauna, Jacuzzi, hammam and swimming pool. Sauna caused a short circuit, but that was neatly solved. There are very few handdoeken.Later a week more and more rain, but with all the facilities you have fun! There is a playstation 2 present. This is not in the description. Take your games so easy, because they have them there niet.Huis is close to the sea. You can spend hours walking along the beaches or cliffs. Villa is not in Moelan sur mer, but two villages away. Only 5 minutes drive to the supermarket. Boulangerie in the village zelf.Wij have us well entertained!!
