With the boat on the way to Ameland you immediately get that holiday feeling. We had a nice and clean house in a beautiful spot on the dunes in Ballum. One minus ... the dining room chairs (especially the white ones) were really not nice to sit on, but otherwise it was perfect. We enjoyed!

The location is beautiful, a fifteen minute walk through the dunes and you're on the beach. The park has a swimming pool and you can jump minigolf and trampoline fee. The cottage itself I found something less. The mattress gave us backache and the bathroom I found disappointing and was not clean. Mold on the ceiling and kitranden. In the room I missed curtains allowing our dog often at "night caught on when walked past someone for the cottage. Further, a fine house with lots of accessories in the kitchen. If the mattress would be replaced and the mold are cleaned in the bathroom I would loved another use.

We (2 adults & dog) felt in this house very well. The cleanliness in the probably slightly older well-kept house was immaculate, we expected even freshly scented Covers on mattresses and pillows. The house is simple but modern, it lacked nothing for our needs. We would definitely come back.

Microwave hangs in one place so you head several times a week bump. Furthermore, the house untidy finish. The price comparison with other houses, then who can be reduced by 150 euros per week. Compare for yourself with other houses that are directly in the area. I have done afterwards.

Fine cottage on the edge of a spacious bungalow. Near the swimming pool where a subscription is available. Behind the house beginning of a nature reserve. Beautiful hiking and biking on the island.

The reception was fine, The cottage itself impersonal, but okay. A little coffee filters and tea in a locker would be nice upon entering. Fine it was that you could close around 10.00 on your own. Furthermore, excellent beds and slept wonderfully. Also nice is that there is a swimming subscription is available. Greetings fam. Steenbeek- Horjus

We had a couple of comments, the mattress covers were not clean. Also, the dish washer for 5 persons too small. We also had ants in the room, walked over the table. But we could not find out where they came from.
