The beautiful, cozy apartment is best reached via Segnas. We found the house keys in the mailhouse, because the owners were not at home. Quiet location, east-south oriented and many hiking opportunities thanks to the MGB train and mountain railways. An asset for the future is la Pendenta, a suspension bridge under construction.

Very nice accommodation in a fantastic setting. Despite the heat wave that was at that moment, we did not have a moment in the cottage here. Everything is super insulated (both heat and noise). Everything you need is present and the hostess is more than willing to speak.

Super location with walks in front of the door. Due to the guest pass, the car can be left in front of the door. Free cable car, free train within the region. The house has a 360 ° panorama. Nice for two people. Three is really too much. Train Stations a 10-minute walk away.

The cottage is larger than expected. Perfect location. Clean and well cared for. Although we didn't use it, there is an oven and a washing machine. Two types of coffee makers. No microwave and no dishwasher. But we got by without it.

The house is located in a beautiful spot just outside the village of Segnas. You have beautiful views all around. The home is small, but comfortable and the hiking trail starts at the door! You can enjoy hiking in the area! With a digital discount card you can use the mountain railways for a competitive price.

Excellent accommodation for 2 people. Call before arrival and you will hear where the keys can be collected. Environment is more than great. Very nice is that there are more and more shops among the farmers. You get what you want from the freezer and you put the money in a van. So make sure you have cash.

Ruhige Lage. Mitten in der Natur. Gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts. Wohnzimmer stilvoll. Gesamthaft sehr empfehlenswert. Ohne Auto erschwerter Zugang. Es wurde keine Gästekarte abgegeben, obwohl dies gemäss den Tourismus-Verantwortlichen Pflicht wäre. Die Adresse der Schlüsselhalterin war falsch angegeben, das Telefon stimmte.

Small but very clean apartment on the ground floor for the nature lover. Key was in the mailbox. The front door is downstairs (follow tiles) No bath towels, but hand / tea towels are available. Everything is also available in the kitchen. You have to go down 7 steps for the bedroom and bathroom. Beds are very good. The house is located between the meadows (note hay fever season). Around the house you can sit on bucket seats or a bench on the wall with a fantastic view. Close by is a small shed with bread (frozen), tea and meat. Pay in cash and not cheap. The Co-op is about 10 minutes by car. Further in Disentis there is also a Spar and a Volg.

This cottage is a nice place to stay. Although it is small, the view from the house is amazing. Mountain railway nearby. Many walks possible. Quietly situated in the mountains but still close to the village. Inventory could be adjusted and expanded a bit. Is slightly dated. Despite the latter, we are now staying here for the 4th time and that says it all.

The house was hard to find, but thanks to reviews on the website we were able to drive there quickly, and recognize the photos. The caretaker turned out not to speak Dutch, as stated on the voucher, but to speak Swiss German and Romance. Very thoughtful and friendly.Accommodation was small but excellent.Good washing machine and TV with BVN (channel 123) .B letterbox key formula also gave some confusion: which door?

Lovely cottage with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. Especially from the garden, where you can sit comfortably in the shade of two large trees. Inside, everything is neatly taken care of: good kitchen inventory, cozy living room, spacious bedroom with good beds.

We have contacted the key manager in advance and asked what time we could in the holiday home. Because we were there last year, the key manager put the key in the mailbox. The accommodation is good for 2 people. The area is fantastic for walking a lot.

Upon arrival from Oberalppas, take the Segnas exit to reach the house. If you do that from the Disentis direction, the TomTom will take you to the Via Cuoz and then to Via Glaretsch no. 36. You will then come across a prohibition sign for entry, forbidden for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. That part is not paved to No. 36. Incidentally, this prohibition is repeatedly violated. We found the key in the mailbox and we forgot to call the manager 1 day in advance about our time of arrival. Incidentally, that time is difficult to determine in advance. The space inside is certainly limited and that is especially true for the kitchen. You have to be there with one person at a time, otherwise you will kick your toes. You should not overfill the counter with attributes in the kitchen. The washing machine in the storage room separate entrance with another key is a drying rack. The living room looks good Sofa comfortable, living room table with 3 chairs. TV and radio.Heating on the machine, responds to outside temperature in warm weather the CV will hardly respond. 2 weeks sunny and often warm during the day Beautiful view on one side.Note in the description of Belvilla is that you have a view from the house all around and that is not true that is true for the upstairs apartment. Both houses are the property of the Fam. Kissing from Basel they were in our last week there too.From the living room down stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, storage space. Shower with curtain we find less attractive perhaps an improvement point? Well-appointed bedroom. It all looks very good and well cared for.

Lovely home with all comforts. Only the bank is not good at all. Beautiful views and nice walking opportunities. By car to the Lukmier Pass and walking there is a must. The restaurant in Segnas is worth the effort. Welcoming and tasty food. Make sure you call to report your arrival. We missed this and it was just a search for the key we eventually found in the mailbox.

For the 5th time in this beautiful place. T house is perfect for 2 people seeking tranquility; room, bedroom and bathroom are fine! The kitchen is and will remain only 1 person and can use freshening up. The view is unbelievably beautiful and there are countless hiking opportunities. Too bad we had to do without Gaestekarte this time. That makes a lot of difference in expensive Switzerland.

Nice house. Not very big, but comfortable and complete. All around place to sit and enjoy the view. Walking from the door! It is a pity that the guest card no longer offers free transport by train. Most lifts are only open in July (discount with the guest card). Tip: bring towels, tea towels and dishcloths for the kitchen. Only the traditional Dutch cheese slicer is missing in the kitchen drawer ;)

This is the third time we stay here. It is a holiday home in a super location, it really couldn't be better. A paradise for walkers. A huge network of mountain walks right outside the door. We were last here four years ago. The house is well cared for and looks neat. A beautiful panorama when you look outside. Four years ago, the bedroom door jammed so hard that you couldn't open the door unnoticed. At the moment it is still exactly the same. You would expect this to be resolved by now. You can sit comfortably in the garden, but with a small intervention, leveling the terrain, you would be able to sit straight more easily. We bring our own garden chairs because the associated bucket seats are not comfortable. All in all, definitely recommended

The cottage is in a beautiful spot. Around view of the mountains. With the tourist pass you got for free you could use 2 cable cars, train and library. We had a lot of fun from the cable car, because there were also nice walks. From the house we found it against falling. I loved the washing machine! What we regretted was that according to the information from Belvilla there would be a satellite TV. There was a beautiful TV but on the cable. And the new shower which is also written on the site is only the shower with thermostat tap ..... But all in all it was a great holiday week for us.

We booked this house based on the previous reviews, but I have to make a correction. The house itself is neat, but some adjustments are needed (particularly the kitchen/bathroom). People keep talking about a beautiful location, but I absolutely disagree! The house is located on a gravel path and is very difficult to find. The area has also absolutely lagged behind in terms of development for tourism, there is at most a beautiful monastery to view (Desentis and worth it) and a cable car, but otherwise nothing within a radius of 50KM!
This is a house for hikers and not suitable for day trips, I hope that other Belvilla customers do not make the same wrong choices based on the other reviews for the holiday destination.
