A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

If you’re looking for a spacious holiday home, this is it! The four bedrooms comfortably accommodated our two families, The living area was inviting, perfect for evening chats after a day of exploring the nearby museums, Would definitely consider returning!

Even if the review doesn't sound very positive, we liked the house, / The house was newly built and is therefore top-notch inside and out, There is no land around the house, after the terrace the neighboring properties and the street begin, / The location is otherwise very good, dunes and beach are practically on the doorstep, The furnishings are functional and sufficient for eight people, There is just enough crockery for eight people, / / The mattresses in the bedrooms are saggy and the mattress protectors and duvets could do with a cleaning, It didn't bother us that much because we always bring our own bedding, The mattresses in the sleeping area in the next room are very good, a curtain would be helpful here, / / The location is described correctly, but when the neighboring house is finished, there will no longer be any area that cannot be seen, A somewhat A higher fence (also as a windbreak) to the neighbor would be nice, patio furniture is good, but without cushions, we bought a small grill locally and left it there for our successors,
