Very nice villa, we have a great weekend with a large group.Pool table, kicker table fun. Dart board less practical. Sauna and jacuzzi nice facilities.Pool was very clean and warm.Nadel moisture in pool area was very high, especially with freshly cleaned pool (lots of chlorine) we had to open the windows long to have no pain to the eyes.Door the much having to open the windows + heating pool the energy bill obviously ran out. But this was also the only disadvantage to the villa. The concierge who helped us was very friendly and could pretty well Dutch. The nearest big store about 20min (Colruyt Malmedy). Very nice area, paintball sniper zone 10min drive (recommended!)

We were 14 adults and three small children. This was our first holiday together with all the children and grandchildren and will definitely again next year plans, because we all have our very good geamuseerd.Een very good reception, the owner does a lot of effort to speak Dutch. The house was clean, large and had everything needed for a weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and Jacuzzi are an absolute asset. We also had succeeded it had snowed. In short, it was a very nice vacation that is worth repeating.

Very nice accommodation! Beautiful relaxation area, beautiful pool, large jacuzzi and pool table that is somewhat outdated. Bedrooms were beautiful, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom very practical. Living room and kitchen is very old, but it can also use an upgrade. The only thing I regretted is that on satilla sat there is a dart board, he is there but it is an electronic where the arrows did not even stay in. Despite that very much enjoyed in this lovely house in the beautiful surroundings !!

On arrival we were well received by the landlord. Communication was a bit difficult because of his poor English and Dutch but with some gestures and simple words we got there fine out.The house was clean and complete. The pool and Jacuzzi are an absolute asset. We could wonderfully do our thing and have excellent entertained us. The kitchen is somewhat old but very complete. More than enough pans and even gourmet set that we can use. Pity the oven is only slowly with heating and that it has no timer. Using your phone itself for a timer so. The stove also had some treatments, but an hour after I had sent a text message to the landlord, he came to make this right, and then he went right back. Prima verlopen.De beds were reasonable. Nice clean, good mattresses but very narrow and squashed pillow. Luckily we still had some free beds left to our own pillow thicker was maken.Een clear fault during our holiday week the neighbor decided to remodel his house. As the autumn holiday approached, my 4 family members and I were planning to rent a nice holiday home. A swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were our requirements and then we came across this house. Due to the cold weather, it was ideal that all our requirements were indoors! Pros: - Clean swimming pool and jacuzzi (nothing can be seen from the previous negative review) - Accomodations all covered- Old-fashioned, well-functioning sauna- Neat rooms and good beds- Equipped with almost all kitchen appliances- Good location (quiet area and supermarket at 8 (? km away Cons: - Furniture looks old-fashioned and no longer fresh (can also be a matter of taste) - Kitchen a bit too tight - No nice view or nice backyard We have also greatly enjoyed the house and are definitely planning another return time!

Had a great holiday with our family.Wellness facilities are the greatest asset. You can also enjoy the peace and privacy. The house was clean, as well as the water of the pool and jacuzzi were clear. Value for money could be better. For example, the design of the living room may be more modern. The table and chairs are old fashioned. The kitchen is a bit too small and rather outdated. The beds can also be a bit more comfortable. Too bad there is no double bed, only single beds. We missed a lamp in the garden, which makes the barbecue more difficult during the dark days.

It was a fun weekend, but we were kinda bummed out that there was no jacuzzi even though it was prominently featured on several photos. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons for us to book this specific villa.

Not really anymore. It was announced as almost €1200 + €1500 deposit. This was new for us, but we never broke anything, so we thought "okay, let's do it." We were only informed by the place that we also had to pay additional costs. We never had that and not a word was said about it when we booked. Of course it was too late to cancel and we accepted it. “It can’t be too much.” We were shocked with the final bill. €83.25 for 3 nights for electricity. That's how much we pay at home per month! But that's nothing, the coolest thing was the swimming pool... 480€!!! For heating. In total for 3 days we paid an additional €578.25. Craziness! I personally cannot describe the house itself as a villa. Quite cheap. Rather a small, cheap hotel for 14 people. I would only recommend it to young people who want to have fun with large groups. Now be careful with additional costs. I wouldn't recommend it for families. We were more than disappointed. Isn't that called "hidden costs"?

We have been well received by the homeowner, and after the tour we have made the paperwork in order. Then came to speak that after 2200 no longer allowed to make noise outside because there is a police claim for it! There must also be signs for this! This already gave us a feeling. We are evening people and love to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. It went wrong from the first day, we found beer caps, screws (of the football) and a piece of GLASS in the pool! At the last, my little brother hurt himself and literally opened his big big toe! He has broken down here earlier on his holiday. Because he could not use the facilities. After 3 days the water of the jacuzzi was cloudy and did not smell fresh. Called the owner about this and sent the technical service. They came the next day and said there is nothing technically wrong, you have to change the water! Once again the owner called and it was said by the best man that we can refresh the water of the jacuzzi, but that we will cost € 50. Ridiculous! My husband asked the owner if it could be on the filter. The owner said that he was allowed to look at the filter but he had replaced this Friday before we arrived. We have had several pools and jacuzzis at home and know how this should look like. After my husband removed the filter we were shocked we were DEAD !!!! The filter was full of caked skin cells, skin grease and was so dirty !!!! This filter had been replaced in months! Have then replaced the filter for a new one and have the old lie down for The house owner So we could address him on departure here.After the filter was replaced the jacuzzi glass was clear and it smelled fresh again.You could even see the bottom! For us it was the size full! We have our last days there not nice to experience after all.We have the owner on Friday before departure
