It was CLEAN even under the beds and couches, which is important when holidaying any where. We ve had bad experiences holidaying with small kids, so this was a relief to enjoy the cleanliness and tidiness of the home. And not watching what your toddler picks up crawling under the couch!!!! / There were trash bags, freezer bags and hand soap in the bathroom. You re expected to carry these things anyway, but to have them there was a homely touch. They know you re looking for a home away from home. / They had a child cot and a high chair. That sold it for us. / The service team was SUPERB. They answered same day or next day. They sent a repair guy in a day!!! They were courteous, polite and I felt they valued my complaints and took action and I was not bothering them. If anything, I ll stick with the holiday company just because their service was that great. The house is compact and they ve tried to make it homely with carpets and nice decor. The only downside of the house, is not suitable for small children (below 3/4 years) because of the following / - the staircase is steep for children learning to walk / -the staircase has no gate to cut off access to small children / -the decor is not for small children and things like the wine glasses are too dangerous to leave in an unlockable cupboard.
