Lovely house! We enjoyed our friends weekend here. All facilities are top, there is more than enough crockery and glassware, so you never have to do extra dishes. There are different rooms where you can stay and more than enough bathrooms for the number of people. The hot tub & sauna made the stay complete! Highly recommended for groups (with children).

We were able to enjoy 2 nights with a group of colleagues in the fantastic house! Really equipped with all comforts, luxury kitchen, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms with comfortable beds, the outbuilding, the hot tub, it was wonderful!! Also the spacious driveway super chill for all cars and only a 20 minute drive from Leeuwarden. Contact with the owner super nice and if it were up to us we would go here more often with all of us!! Can't think of any negatives.

Had a wonderful family weekend in Noardburgum! 19 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed the large spaces, excellent beds and modern and clean sanitary facilities. Many places in and around the house to retreat for a nice get-together in a smaller circle. a beautiful large kitchen where you can cook well with a wide range of amenities.
Enjoyed the rented bicycles in the area (cycled to Dokkum and Alde Faenen) and had a wonderful time sailing on the lakes. In short, highly recommended for families and groups of friends who love peace, space and nature!

we stayed 2 nights in this beautiful farm, our company exists 25 years and we celebrated this with our employees plus partners, it is a very pleasant house where everything is present, beautiful bedrooms and also wonderful bathrooms with lots of space, we have also frequently used the sauna and hot tub, enough space for several cars and even charging options for electric cars, in short, we had a fantastic stay.

It was amazing. What a beautiful farm. Everything was there. Nothing too crazy. We were a family of 19 people. There was enough space for everyone. The people who occasionally want to withdraw is also enough space. The table tennis table and BBQ we have also delicious used. Highly recommended!!!!

The property is beautiful. Everything you need is provided from kitchen utensils to sheets and towels. We had a lot of fun with the hot tub and sauna. The villa was spotless on arrival and the owners are very helpful. All in all we had a fantastic weekend.

De gastvrijheid en betrokkenheid van de eigenaren was geweldig. De locatie is ook heel geschikt voor mensen in een rolstoel. Er is een geweldig appartement voor minder valide mensen (plus partner of begeleiding) en de eigenaren doen er alles aan om het ook hen een onvergetelijke vakantie te bezorgen.

This was an absolute dream of a property. The wood fired hot tub and sauna were an added bonus and we really loved how helpful our hosts were with arranging bike rentals and aiding us when we needed to take an emergency trip to the doctor!
The whole home was gorgeous and perfect for our group of 8. We were even able to invite some local family members over for afternoon tea in the sitting room and provide them with a top notch hospitality experience.
I have only good things to say about this amazing property and friendly hosts. Dank je!

Very large house, large living room, plenty of bedrooms for two families. Sauna is perfect, unused hot tub because the hot firing as "n 7am takes in this weather, around 5 degrees. Very nice playroom whose wooden extensive railway favorite was at m 'n two nephews aged 4 and 2 years. WiFi is a bit slow. Nice bottle of wine that is ready. had a wonderful midweek.

The arrival was warm and personal, with a Frisian sugar loaf. The accommodation was fine: spacious. The area was wonderful in beautiful Friesland. We can recommend everyone to stay in Heidestate! Thanks to the intervention of the owner, we were able to take a boat trip twice through her network, while there was no longer a boat to rent in Friesland: we really appreciated that!

We were greeted very friendly and cared for. House easily accessible and four parking spaces, for shopping and excursions a car is also required. Thanks to beds and in-house towels much luggage and work saved. The house corresponds exactly to the description (1 toilet, separate Super nice bathroom, more washing facilities in the attic) and is lovingly and tastefully decorated. Especially the beautiful large table for 12 people, but also the gas fireplace in the living room, the pantry and the small playroom we liked. Of course you can hear the main street we still have good slept and let us go in the great sauna and hot tub. Due to the steep stairs, only one bedroom on the ground floor is recommended for handicapped and dog owners! Upstairs there are three more rooms, one of them (still) without windows. Everything was right for us!

What a great stay this is! We were in this house at the end of January with a hockey team of 19 people and we enjoyed it immensely. It is very spacious so everyone could do their own thing and at the same time it had large communal areas for eating, quizzes and playing games. Everything was very modern, lots of stuff in stock and the hot tub was the icing on the cake (even though it took quite a few hours before it was warm). The location in relation to Leeuwarden, the ice rink and various national parks is also favorable for walking. We might come back again in the summer!

What a lovely house. We enjoyed sitting in every room. And the space at the BBQ was also great. Delicious with the heaters. And the hot tub and sauna were also wonderful. We used it every night. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. The house is spacious, beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms with good beds, spacious bathrooms and lots of outdoor space. Ideal for multi-generational families.

We went to this house with a group of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. The company was an adult in an electric wheelchair. The house has very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The modern and also very spacious bathrooms were a luxury. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all desired equipment and very large. There is more than enough cutlery, glasses, etc. available for large groups. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub which, if you heat well, can become very warm. for the winter also seems to me. At the house you have a large chalet with a tennis table inside and a large BBQ outside at the back, 2 large lounge sofas and heaters. You overlook the sheep there, very nice for the kids. We enjoyed it every evening out of the wind and sat until late. The stay for the person in the electric wheelchair was very spacious and she had plenty of freedom of movement. Compliments for the very nice and helpful hostess. We will definitely come back!

Had a very good stay! Beautiful house, completely renovated and stylishly furnished. It is fully equipped, I could not think of anything that was not available. The beds are top, the sauna and hot tub really lovely and the garden is super spacious, with a beautiful spacious garden house / bar and lounge set with heaters. The owners are very friendly and easily accessible for questions via the app. In short: super!

We have stayed a week in this beautiful spacious home. We were 2 families with 4 children aged between 1/6 m jaar.Voor the children, the house perfectly. Lots of space to play, a games room and trampoline for you to live out. They amused themselves prima.In the evening when the kids were in bed, we could relax in the sauna and then relax with a drink in the hot tub and enjoy a beautiful starry sky. What else do you want?!

Very nice, spacious and spacious holiday home with nice grounds. Everything was there, what you need for a nice holiday. Especially the "tub" (hot tub) was very good :-) The street noise was acceptable, in the morning at rush hour it was a bit noisy at times. However, the new exit of the highway was ideal for spontaneous destinations (Lauwersoog, Harlingen, Makkum Beach, Slagharen, Walibi, Burgers Zoo, Noord Holland on the E22 and also Groningen) ideal. The games room with the many railways was also very popular. The personal Reception and support during the holiday was great. Suggestions for the owner: Larger, free standing fridge, the built-in is a little small for 7 people - especially in the hot weather you had to opt for food or cool drinks. Mesh-based wifi would make the internet much better than it is was okay) Second toilet upstairs would be very good German / foreign television with eg Fire TV Stick and OTT provider (MagentaTV, Waipu, Zattoo) for bad weather Small HiFi system (we had brought a Bose Soundtouch) fryer in the kitchen (as in the Netherlands almost everything is fried ;-)) - we have a small at Action bought barbecue in the gardenNevertheless, the house has earned its Belvilla Award :-)

Spacious Farmhouse with Sauna, hottub
This attractive, detached, sustainably renovated farm has 10 (2 persons) bedrooms and is very suitable for an outing of family or friends. It is also ideal for business meetings. The accommodation has been renovated into apartments, and each apartment has its own entrance and facilities. In the garden you can relax in the sauna and wood-fired hot tub. You will also find a large log cabin decorated in café style with a spacious covered heated patio with BBQ. The farm is centrally located in Friesland.
From the farm you can take walks or bike rides in the area. There are also beautiful lakes for boating or sailing. It is also a goo base for a day at De Alde Feanen National Park.
The farm has been converted into a cosy accommodation and the focus is very much on the garden. The house is very private and is mostly on one level and therefore suitable for people with mobility difficulties; with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. 4 pets are allowed.
