We had a great time in the house and want to thank Peter and his wife for the warm welcome they provided for us. The large house had plenty of room for all the sixteen of us and the whole area around La Roche was a pleasure to visit.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location! We took advantage of the nearby biking and hiking trails, which were fantastic, The space itself was very comfortable, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed, Highly recommend for group trips!

The communication with the landlord went very smoothly, we were very friendly received! The house is equipped with one large common room (with table for 18 people), bar, seats, kitchen which is well furnished and is well equipped with cooking utensils! Near the common area you have two (renovated) rooms each with their own bathroom. The other bedrooms are located in separate "parts" of the house. A bathroom is shared per two bedrooms. These bedrooms are slightly less modern, but that was just a detail for us as we spent most of the time in the common room. For the rest there are 2 additional kitchens, so it is certainly no problem to cook for a large group. You do have to do some stairs to use the extra kitchens. One of the two kitchens has an extra dishwasher, so you hardly have to do the dishes yourself with two dishwashers during your stay. There are a total of 4 fridges, so certainly no problem to get everything cool. The house has a spacious garden with accompanying amenities. Seems ideal for me to spend some time in the summer! In terms of location it is a very quiet area where you can walk extensively.

We had a great time at Gite VillaRoche. The house is really big with plenty of space for all 13 people of our group. The living room is large and even has a little bar in the corner. To our surprise there was also a pool table on the upper floor. The surrounding environment is beautiful. You can just walk right into nature. Chances are we'll be back next year.

Nice stay, everything was clean, pleasant living space where there is certainly enough space. Ideal to stay with several families. Small minus, the basic facilities are limited. For example dishwashing product and the like were not present.

The house is located in a beautiful area where you can go hiking. There is enough space for the number of people to sleep. In the beginning, look for a place where all the rooms are located. Some rooms were quite honest but nevertheless the little children (and we) can sleep well. The big table is very nice for a big group! Cozy tables and chatting are good.

We had an amazing stay at the Charming Villa! The spacious layout was perfect for our family gathering, and the open kitchen made cooking together a joy, The garden was a highlight, especially with the BBQ area where we spent our evenings grilling and enjoying the fresh air

The football table was missing, so our table football tournament fell into the water. Some rooms suffer from odor barriers. There was also 1 shower door that did not shut well.3 Kitchens but only 1 kitchen with material, so moving material. The pots are not very big. If you really want to make food for 18 men (max capacity vd house) then you usually need more than 1 pot to finish something. We were with 12 and that just finished. In the kitchen closet, two brick glasses were hid from a previous tenant.

The hygiene was substandard. There were bedrooms with moisture problems and mold. There were bedrooms with (possibly) bed bugs and odor problems. There were dehumidifiers in almost all rooms. One of the bathrooms leaked, causing moisture to enter a floor below. There were quite a few small annoying defects. Not a top vacation. And also little understanding and help from Belvilla itself and the employee Anna.
We discovered by chance that the entire accommodation is for sale, which explains why little money and energy is being put into general maintenance or repairs. We are also surprised that the accommodation can still be booked.
Despite compensation that we received, this was the worst experience in more than 20 years of holidays via pa Belvilla.
We also notice that there are no more recent reviews to read after 2020.
So definitely not recommended!

Fine residence had a large group of friends. Ideal accommodation for a pleasant and partly sporting weekend with a group. Villa Roche is ideally suited as a group to be able to do things together in the house. Especially the big long table and bar them top.

Good position to make beautiful walks around the Ourthe. House is well equipped (except for two rooms that are only accessible from outside). Big pleasant "all-in" living which makes it very nice for large families.

The loft is very spacious so we had with z 'n easy 18 each z "a spot. The bar is also very cool and invites you to cozy evenings and a party. It is further blessed quiet and the location is right on the fields. We made some nice walks.

We here can enjoy a catered house with all the necessary comfort, you can make beautiful walk for the walkers that you can begin from the cottage itself, La Roche is nearby and is a must to visit with children.

A wonderful holiday home in the Warempage place at max. 10 min. Drive from La Roche en Ardenne. In Warempage is nothing to do but La Roche is a beautiful old town with a grocery store. You sit right between larger places like Bastogne and Marche and Famenne. Liege is an hour away and the caves of Remourchamps are recommended at 45 min. Drive. The house is well cared for. Host and hostess are incredibly hospitable and speak Dutch, which is also very nice. Nearby are plenty of possibilities to active operations. Unfortunately, the water was in the summer (July) too low for canoeing. Everything is there, wifi, radio, TV Overall a nice and pleasant holiday.

We had rented the villa with 8 couples of friends here, and we certainly have no regrets. Almost everyone had a separate bathroom and the accommodation was recently refurbished. In the living room a very large table, was really ideal if you want to play games.'s "Evening The landlords were very accurate and flexible people! Highly recommended!.
