Very nice holiday home as a couple + toddler. The owner is super friendly and comes by very discreetly to put the pool in order every morning. Everything is very (!) neat, ideal with a toddler who is always playing on the floor. Location is very quiet, so enjoy the pool and BBQ.

The only visitor is the very well-behaved Jack Russel of the owner, who is clearly very used to dealing with children. Our son has always loved it.

For the rest nothing to complain about, everything you can expect was present and in order. Recommended!

Nice reception by the man of the house. Picked us up at La Pinede. And showed us everything. A beautiful location with all mod cons. We already felt like God in France. A wonderful swimming pool, beautiful garden, we enjoyed this place very much. The area is also very nice and we were regularly in FrÃ©jus to find what we found the nicest coastal town! Furthermore, some small villages and beautiful vineyards in the area.

House was perfect in order! Very kindly received by owner, he also came regularly to ask if everything was in order. He himself came to clean the pool every morning at 6 am morning. The house is somewhat remote but you are fast (by car) in arcs. ST Maxime is a very pleasant half-hour drive away, take the boat to St Tropez.

Contrary to what I read on the site, we found the holiday home problemless. It was enough to go to the restaurant "La PinÃ¨de" in Les Arcs (on the N7) and after 5 minutes the owner himself picked us up (the holiday home Is 500 meters further) .The reception was very warm - in French - and the owner and his wife were very jovial.The house itself is ideal for a couple with older children.The cabin is separate from the house, it is very comfortable , With bathroom and all on it, but it is separate from the house. The house is in the middle of nowhere and I can imagine that smaller children do not like to sleep alone. What I think is the only downside. For the rest, super! Nice spacious garden, nice swimming pool, beautiful surroundings. Close to the supermarket, nice villages, towns and wine domains within a radius of 25 km. The owner himself came by daily after expressly requesting our permission to clean the pool or to clean it if necessary. Vlaams gezegd He literally walked the legs out of his body to be us for the sake. Available for repetition. Although next time we go with the TGV. The torture to suck through the RhÃ´ne valley can not be cured. By arriving, for example, we have been living between Villefranche (where we stayed overnight) and Les Arcs for 9 hours "37" (371 km !!). Arrival address is quite vague proper position should be defined better (.coordinaten are not entirely correct) we must lay over the agency contact for an RV owner to house to vinden.Verblijf lovely house, everything was fine. Beautiful decor, nice patio, nice garden and barbecue, nice pool. Flaw location. Car needed to move anyway noise from nearby RN, railway and expressway. (If the pump is running on domain you hear this happy not only when they are not working ðŸ˜©)

Very nice villa, very well kept and clean. Beautiful swimming pool! Good location! Too bad that some basic elements were not present (dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, ...) The dog of the owner comes to visit regularly, very nice for the children. Be careful, he dares to make shoes, socks, ... disappear. :)

The house was for our family (4 persons) large enough. Beautiful garden, which was maintained by the gardener. Not at all suffered from, lots of privacy. The home is not easy to find, with the coordinates you sit there in the neighborhood, but is not easily seen from outside. The people who received helped us here with us. They speak only French. They have nicely explained us everything and were very helpful.

The offered house is not intended to accommodate 4 people in an equal way the original house is admittedly comfortable but the separate part is no more than a wooden chalet with a bed in it ... beautifully kept garden and swimming pool the region is ideal for trips both inland and in the coastal region. The owner is friendly and helpful.
