Nice welcome from the landlord. Walked around and through the villa, and everything was well explained. Beautiful villa with everything you need. Nice swimming pool; we made a lot of use of that. The sauna was wonderful for relaxing. The children (and grandchild) enjoyed it, pool billiards, table tennis, etc. And we used the BBQ every day. The location of the villa is in a beautiful and quiet area.

We really enjoyed this location with our children and grandchildren. The pool was great with an amazing terrace. It's a pity that the trees and bushes obstructed the beautiful panorama. Very friendly and willing host of this beautiful holiday home.

We really enjoyed this fantastic house with our family. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen very well equipped. Everything is there, clean and not broken. A large bowl of fruit was ready with some tasty things. The swimming pool is huge and nice and warm. With lovely chairs and a seating area. And a shower. In the room next to it there is a pool table and football game. Behind it a sauna and another shower and toilet. Really fantastic. The beds are also good, the rooms are tidy. There are also many seating options on the large terrace. A table tennis table. Large grounds around the house. There is plenty of parking space inside the gate. Nice idea that everything can be closed. The house is centrally located. Many sights and shops can be reached within fifteen to 20 minutes by car. A good bakery is in the village of Staumont. The owner was also easily accessible for questions and check-in/out. I didn't get a good idea of the layout of the house beforehand. Perhaps the owner can add a map to the site. During the day you hear some cars and motorcycles driving, but at night it is terribly quiet. Delicious. The house is not cheap, but that's what you get. So all in all: Highly recommended!

A fantastic and very quietly located Villa. The Villa is in very good condition and cared for with an eye for detail. Nice facilities such as the swimming pool, the game room and large open kitchen and living room with fireplace. The Villa is close to the forest for a nice walk or the mountain bike trail. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. This location is highly recommended!

We were warmly and cordially received by the owner Pascal and were given a tour with clear explanations and instructions. The house looked neat and clean. Lovely firm beds and attractive bathrooms. In the well-equipped kitchen, everything was present and worked properly. Everything was available: from pepper and salt to dishwasher cubes, baking paper for the oven, Nespresso machine including some coffee cups, filter coffee, tea bags, toaster, BBQ materials, gourmet set and a generously filled fruit bowl. Under the house a lovely heated pool made the stay complete. There are luxury sunbeds and a separate room with a pool table and table football. The large garden was neatly maintained. We had a great weekend with eight people, we felt right at home in this beautiful, clean Villa, the nature, the peace and the beautiful view. The site is securely closed with a gate and there was complete privacy in and around the house. Two security cameras aimed at the terrace at the entrance of the house were allowed to be covered, we did not think this was necessary but it was nice to know that this was possible. A tip for the owner is to do something about the reverberation in the dining and living room which echoes to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located.The echoing is annoying when children are in bed on the 1st floor and the adults are having fun in the living room.Hanging curtains and / or placing larger plants might However, all this should not spoil the fun!Thanks Pascal and who knows, maybe we'll come back!

Had a very nice stay in Monthouet. Pleasant and attentive reception, even though they just suffered from flooding with a lot of damage ... it hardly disturbed our holiday. Congratulations to the owner and big thanks for the hospitality! Recommended for a luxurious stay in a region that has a lot to offer nature lovers. Tip: walk Ninlingspo at 10 km from the accommodation. During this period (February) you are there alone.

1 week allowed to stay in this beautiful villa. The welcome was very cordial with an extensive tour, incredibly lovely people. The villa is fully equipped and clean. The pool is a real gem and we have made daily use of it. setting is beautiful and you do not have to drive far to surrounding places. Really a fantastic villa worth a good 10, definitely worth repeating.

Spectacular. Nice reception with good explanation. Very warm with the notice, this week the villa is your property ... GREAT. Good to live with huge "balcony" and giant garden. Indoor pool with lots of space and nice sauna. Very good beds, good space for 3 couples and room for 5 children (possibly older). All weather types had, never bored, the villa has everything. Grocery store in Spa (10min), with fresh bread on Sundays.

You do not make it easy but in real life it looks even better than on the pictures. "Very quiet location, very nice environment, very comfortable house, lovely to stay in. Really perfectly arranged to perfection house. Very friendly and helpful owner. Have never rented a house that was so well cared for. Really everything has been thought of. If I should mention something, but that is really spreading salt on all the snails, at most a large saucepan would be allowed.
