A fantastic cozy house with all amenities and very neat. Located completely in the center of Tilff, so close to everything (restaurants, shops, ...) And a very friendly hostess who has given us a super warm welcome with all the trimmings (cake and a glass). An absolute must.

Very warm welcome from the owners of the house. The house was very neat and everything was perfectly fine. We got an extensive tour and everything was explained and shown well. Nice surprise to receive a glass of bubbles and tasty Liège waffles as a welcome. We also received information about the village and suggestions about walks in the area. This is highly recommended and we will definitely go back again. 10 out of 10!

Very friendly and sympathetic reserved reception with Belgian / French delicious small specialties as an aperitif (waffle, sausage, ham, honey, water, sparkling wine, chocolate). The house has a French character with many details of present and past in pleasant balance. It can be felt that the landlords own the house and they put a soothing eye on specifics. We felt very comfortable, city tours with a very good road accessibility (and nearby tram connection) to Liège, Aachen, Maastricht, Spa, Namur and in our view wonderful Leuven (including the large Beguinage) made us and superbly refreshed in great Marzwetter.

My husband and I rented 15 days, it was beautiful, the welcome very warm and the owner kind and warm. Fresh drinks and chocolates were waiting for us upon our arrival. This house is beautiful and very functional, it felt like home.And a day of big heat, the owner had dropped us a fan, what kindness! We have been very friendly received by the landlady. She even prepared a delicious snack for us and Belgian specialties. The accommodation was very clean and very stylish. Beautiful. We went every day touring. Nice is, the train is only a few minutes away and he only 10 minutes to Liège needed. Very recommendable is Spa and Liège. Apart from Spa we always went somewhere and then went back to Tilff. It is wonderful to walk from Esneux on the Ourthe to Tilff. Very beautiful landscape. We can definitely recommend the apartment / holiday house.

What a lovely house and nice owners who did the key transfer, unfortunately we did not speak French but we still managed to communicate everything ;-). Everything is available in the house. Good beds and everything is neat and clean. Kitchen is big and all appliances are available. Lovely large bathroom with bath and shower. Also nice in the village, within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. And also many restaurants nearby. Around the corner a delicious pizzeria and shop where you can buy fried chicken. Just 10 minutes by car and then you are at a beautiful, large DelHaize supermarket.

The cottage has very pleasantly surprised us and turned out to be even nicer than in the pictures. The location is also very central (and yet quiet) in a very pleasant village with a very varied range of shops and cozy terraces and better restaurants. A few minutes walking distance from the station so that you are in the unique station of Liège Guillemins in fifteen minutes. Very nice walking routes around and along the Ourthe and surrounding villages. We will definitely come back here. Thank you also to the hostess for the very friendly and warm welcome.

Fine, the owner was there very quickly after our phone call. Cottage was in the middle of the village. There was a lot of traffic passing by. The cottage was fully equipped. Nicely decorated and a welcome with drink, cake and all kinds of spices etc. You could go shopping around the corner and dining options were nearby. Outside the terrace was decorated with cozy plants. There were several seats so you could sit in the sun or shade. This house with a very nice lady is definitely recommended !!.

Pleasant, cozy and clean holiday home, very good reception! The owners enjoy taking care of guests and you can tell from everything. Nice shower, kitchen and good beds. The area is very beautiful, especially towards the south and east where it becomes more mountainous. There are many possibilities for hiking and climbing, also with children (along the mountain stream Ninglinspo for example, very nice). The road on which the house is located is quite busy, but you don't notice that inside.

We were late arriving due to problems at the airport, but the owners were very understanding. We were warmly welcomed and the owners spend time with us, recommending day trips, restaurants etc. The accommodation was very charming indeed! Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Town is a short walk away - plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Also bakers and launderette 2 mins walk away.

The house had everything we needed, set 50m back from the main street of Tilff with a number of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished to a good standard. My brother and I had a comfortable and enjoyable week there. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They arrived to meet us, let us into the house and show us what we needed to know within 10 minutes of us arriving at the property.

Great holiday home. Completely new and cozy refurbished ideal for 4 people (+ a children's room in the attic). Very warm welcome with a few amenities. Private parking available and close to the village center (on a 400m) situated. Plenty of restaurants and shops in Tilff. Beautiful setting and marked nature walks. The cottage is located on a main road but this does not bother. Highly recommended especially for those who want a weekend getaway and do not necessarily prefer the extremely remote spots.

We were treated to all kinds of goodies (Cava, sausage, coffee, chips, blueberries, waffles, chocolates) There was a short tour through the cottage. (In French) The cottage is on a fairly busy road through the village. You do not hear much about that inside the house.
