Our stay was delightful! The studio was impressively neat and cozy! The host had even arranged for water bottles and cookies for us when we arrived, But, if you plan to leave your luggage before 4pm, it will cost you an extra 49€, Overall, it was a superb experience, we would love to revisit!

This flat is in a fantastic location with plenty of amazing bars and local facilities nearby, It's just a short 5-10 minute stroll to the heart of Montmartre and a bit further to Sacre Coeur, Joffrey was extremely communicative throughout and provided us with recommendations when we requested, The flat is secure and safe, even though it's on the ground floor in a courtyard next to the shared bins, This wasn't an issue for us as it's very safe and peaceful, tucked away nicely, I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris - thanks Joffrey!

A great option for your stay in Paris, The neighborhood is fantastic, we felt very secure, It's within walking distance of Sacre-Coeur and not too far from other tourist attractions, There are some excellent bakeries and restaurants nearby, You won't be let down, highly recommended

nous avons séjourné en avril 2023, réservation faite la veille de notre arrivée, instructions claires et communication facile, logement en rdc, ce que nous avons apprécié après avoir marché entre 12 et 16 km par jour, Il donne sur une cour interieure et nous n'avions aucun bruit de rue ni de voisinage, Nous avons récupéré les clés de façon autonome grâce a une boite a clés, L'accès est sécurisé par 2 portes avec digicode, Le logement est impeccable, semble avoir été refait récemment, Linge de lit et de toilette de qualité, savon et shampoing à disposition, cuisine équipée, nous n'avons utilisé que la cafetière, la rue est calme tout en étant proche de bistrots et restaurants, 3 stations de métro à moins de 10 minutes, La chambre est ouverte sur le salon, ce n'était pas gênant pour mes filles et moi, L'hôte s'est assuré que tout se passait bien durant notre séjour, Je recommande ce logement, restaurants "Il Brigante", "Chez Ginette" et "Le bruit qui court" jazz le mardi soir,

We had a great time staying here! The apartment is nicely decorated and spotless, with modern fixtures, It's compact, but just right for a couple, The bathroom is brand new and really lovely! The only downside is that the entrance is next to the building's trash cans, which wasn't ideal, We recommend that the hosts consider relocating the bins to the opposite side of the courtyard, The apartment is situated approximately a 15-minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient to explore Paris,
