Superb position overlooking the sea and harbour. For elderly guests the description should say there are three flights of stairs and no lift.

The apartment was really nice and had a great view. And you were right in the middle of the old town. But: there were massive problems at check-in. We didn't receive a code, even though we had requested it beforehand. We couldn't reach anyone by email or phone, or we were always passed around without getting help. We had to look for a hotel room, continued to wait for responses from Belvilla and checkmyguest, and could only gain access the next day through the intervention of a German employee. Additionally, we should have been informed that there is no access by car, that we need to find a parking space, and that we have to carry our luggage. Our week was still nice, but the catastrophic start leads to the poor rating.

Coffee machine not working, shower with mould. No wine glasses, few comfortable chairs.
Frying pans not possible to use , destroyed by somebody before us. No lamps for reading in the sleeping rooms.

Disgusting filth everywhere. Blood stains on blankets. Makeup marks on sheets. Floors covered in black filth and previous guests hair in little piles everywhere. Cigarette butts on floor. Mold in shower. Some of the furniture shown in pics doesn’t exist in apartment. Sewage smell in shower / sink area. Contacted belvilla and check my guest immediately and repeatedly to have the place cleaned and get new blankets only to be given answers like “We will call you soon”. “We will contact you right away” only to never be contacted. When I called the property manager she took my call the first time but decided to “disconnect”. When I called back she wouldn’t take my call. The view is beautiful, but does not make up for the unsettling feeling of being surrounded in other people’s filth, particularly the blood stains on the blankets.
