The Wellenspiel apartment is a new building completed in May 2020. The apartment features a modern, open-plan kitchen and a comfortable living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV.

The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests (160 x 200 cm), and the bedroom has a modern box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine. There is also a shed with charging facilities for e-bikes.
