Since I used to work in a travel agency myself, I really appreciate Tui's service. Everything is always as described before and there are no unexpected nasty surprises on site. That's really important and you're happy to pay for it sometimes a few euros more, but as an important note for the above system, I would still note it in the catalog and on the Internet
