A ski locker is provided, and free parking is available near the apartment within the residence. Small pets are welcome (with conditions and a supplement).

Located near the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer, the apartment provides easy access to the Les Sybelles ski area. The slopes are reachable on foot or via a free shuttle (approximately 10 minutes). During the summer (July 7 to August 25), guests can enjoy the residence's outdoor swimming pool.

The apartment includes a living room, a lounge, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, mini oven, kettle, dishwasher, raclette grill, and crockery for five people. There is a toilet on the lower level and a bathroom with a WC on the upper level.
