The house was very beautiful. Very quiet location and yet not far from everything. Everything you needed was there. The garden was also completely fenced so that the dog could not leave.

We had a fantastic week in this small but nice and very romantic house on the edge of the forest. Everything you can imagine is available in the equipped kitchen. Parking is also provided. Many beautiful walks nearby. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owners. Highly recommended.

Lovely, cozy cute cottage! Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace and quiet. We lacked nothing!!! Highly recommended for couples who want to make some time for each other. For 4 people, the house might be a bit tight if you have to sit inside in bad weather. But when the sun shines, you can also catch a dash of sun in the garden with a beautiful view! We'll be back!

We have a good time with the family, mountain biking, hiking with our dog. The cottage really meets our expectations, we feel at home, it is pleasant to live in. We were greeted as it should be with a good local beer and a juice for our daughter The garden is perfectly fenced for our dog it is perfect to be quiet in front of the horses and share a good time!

The cottage was neat, tidy and everything we needed was available. Our hostess could not be present, but she informed us in time and she was always available for any questions. We experienced a nice holiday in a quiet area with pleasant hiking trails. A must for those who like to get away from the crowds.

We are +/- 2.5 years, visited the 2nd time at this beautiful location. Christiane, the hostess, who lives close to the house is the kindness itself. It also feels right at home in this chalet. The walls had meanwhile received a new coat of paint, there is parquet floor in the living room and furniture was replaced. The area is ideal especially if you have a dog. Through the fence in front of the house have almost immediate access to the forest. From Bende you can do anything Durbuy, Bomal, Barvaux, Wéris, etc.

On arrival warmly and shown around by Christine speaks English so that was very convenient. The house is a paradise if you have a dog because they can be delicious they are going to walk in the garden without you having to worry. Step out of the house and presto you're in the woods for a nice morning walk. So home is centrally located you are in no time in Durbuy, Barvaux, ect. House has everything a fine screen bbbox (Cable) highly recommended, we will definitely come back next year!

Very nice environment, lots of nature. Gang is a lovely quiet village. The owner of the Cottage is a very nice lady. We were dishcloths and towels forget for the kitchen. This she brought a bit. The gite is very atmospheric, beautiful spacious kitchen, nice cozy warm living room. The upstairs is very spacious and the rooms too. Throughout the cottage are old barn / stable detail. Note the beautiful old barn doors. I'll definitely come back.

Cozy holiday home furnished with taste! Warm welcome by the hostess. Everything is there for a good stay. We were there for 2 weeks. There are various walks to do from the holiday home, both mapped out and to be discovered by yourself. Forest is nearby. Nearby you have Durbuy, Barvaux and so on. A car is necessary. Bakery and supermarket are in another village.
We were 2 adults and a teenage son and dog. Perhaps less recommended for a family with young children in combination with bad weather. Garden is a plus. You will certainly find peace and nature here! Satisfied!

The cottage is just minutes from Durbuy is a small tourist medieval town bustling with activities throughout the year, breweries, restaurants, shops and many events: Valentine's day, festival of beer, cheese, chocolate, of crayfish, blessing of horses, flea markets, lights and christmas markets .... The tourist information in Durbuy is open all year including Sundays and holidays.
