Già due anni che alloggiamo in questa meravigliosa casa vacanze,affacciata su un panorama mozzafiato.
La gestione è a dir poco eccellente grazie alla presenza di Fabio e alla sua attenzione prestataci in ogni momento. Camere e alloggi tenuti con molta cura e pulizia ,qualsiasi esigenza è soddisfatta in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Non esiteremo a tornare anche per il terzo anno. Grazie a belvilla e soprattutto un grazie a Fabio.

The house is in a beautiful secluded and quiet location. The belvilla can be reached by car, but due to the dry weather and the steep slope it is more difficult to reach. Fabio (the owner), however, helped us very well with moving the car. The apartment in the house is spacious, fully equipped and clean. In addition, Fabio was always ready to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely come back!

Beautifully situated house surrounded by beautiful views. Finding the accommodation was quite difficult because the sign for Bellvilla was not very clearly visible. Mr Biondi was very friendly and welcoming and delivered us super days.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Old farmhouse has been tastefully converted into 3 apartments, situated in the green Tuscan hills overlooking ancient villages. The middle apartment (red) is the largest, right (blue?) The smallest. We had left (green) downstairs living room, bathroom, kitchen. Via spiral staircase to upstairs bedroom. Plenty of room for three adults and a large dog. Small pool filled with ice-cold mountain water good for cooling off. Very friendly owner. Near several restaurants where you can eat for little money with only locals well. Steep dirt road to our apartment for car no problem, who prefer not to drive can just walk the last 50m.

One of my best holidays. Wonderful location, great host. The location was peaceful, quiet, had an amazing view and with our location we had a very good starting point for several round trip hikes. The house had everything we needed and the host is so helpful and had a solution to every question, he also advised us places to eat, things to see and do... We had a wonderful and beautiful holiday.

The cottage was a bit difficult to find, thus we arrived later passed on then. This was no problem, the owner of the house was very helpful and took the time for us when we got there. The owner speaks reasonable English, which was very nice. The property is very well located, but you have to be approx. 20 minutes from Pescia to drive through the mountains. But you must have something about this beautiful location. Located in San Quirico, just before you drive out of the village on the right side is a dirt road that leads up to the cottage. Whether you drive into the parking space in San Quirico (then really you're already past), then you drive out of here, turn left and it is the first dirt road on the left. The cottage was very cozy, the photo 's on the inside that are on the site do the house any justice. Because of this we still had doubts, but it is very cozy and authentically furnished, clean, tight and is equipped with everything you need. Overall, highly recommended!

A paradise. Fabio a friendly host. The house clean. No wifi, so extra purchases. Furthermore, there is everything you need. We had a deer in the garden, a fox and many fireflies (never seen) a magical face. A must for rest and a wonderful view. Only downside is the buses on the exit ramp. Because of this, our bottom of the car is severely damaged

Restaurants in the area are cheap and really typical.
They are very frequented by the inhabitants of the valley, and this is an important sign of thequality of their dishes.
