This detached architect-designed house boasts a secluded garden and is only 80 meters away from the beach. Our two completely renovated apartments offer magnificent sea views from their large, sheltered terraces. Enjoy a vacation under palm trees, lined with hibiscus, bougainvillea, cacti, and oleander, with occasional dips in the sea. The south-facing terrace offers sunshine until late afternoon. Two sun loungers, two chairs, and a breakfast table invite you to linger. The apartments feature new bathrooms with large showers, new and well-equipped kitchens (dishwasher, microwave, etc.), Wi-Fi, and a 43-inch TV. The bedroom is spacious and has a cozy seating area with two armchairs and a small work area. An extra bed is also available. The maximum occupancy per apartment is three people. A separate laundry room is also available.
