Okay, ek ff something positive fja the landlordðŸ˜œArrival was well organized. A few days prior to the trip, we had good contact via email with the landlord from NL, who also made sure that a van was ready for our group at Faro airport, because taxis now do not drive with large groups in the corona time. Were with 6pers between 25 and 30 years old. So the van was well arranged! We also rented this van for the rest of the week. At the airport we called the friendly local agent to say we had arrived. He then sent us a live location of the villa via whatsapp. We were from Faro airport within 40min at the villa, beautiful close! The local agent met us there and showed us around the villa. Nice and friendly welcome, also speaks good English. Accommodation first impression: large, neat, clean and in perfect condition. Everything you can think of, we have not lacked anything during the stay. In terms of the surroundings of the villa, it is secluded and in a quiet place. Is a very nice small sandy beach nearby (praia de coelha) with restaurant where possibly. Opportunity to paddle board, walking distance 15min. Shops such as the fir for fresh bread in the morning are also a 15min walk from the villa. It is recommended to arrange transport during your stay, due to the large shopping you do. Lidl is about 15 to 20 minutes by car. Because we were just in the uncertain corona time (20-6-2020 until 28-6-2020), there was nothing to do on the boulevard (the strip, 15min by car). All catering establishments were closed, except for a few (food) tents. Was very unfortunate, but have generally experienced little inconvenience from this, because we had a good time at the villa! The last day we spent in Faro, a beautiful city with many shopping streets, there was more to do and more open.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area with sea view from the roof terrace! Everything has been thought of in this villa from bbq stuff to children's toys. Nice beaches within walking distance. We have also visited the town of Silves, a must!

A beautiful house. We had a fantastic week. The house was very clean when we arrived. The rooms have enough space and have a private bathroom. It was all there. From toys for children, Playstation with lots of games, DVD's, books, crockery, cutlery, beach chairs, etc, is really uncanny much available. The house was very tastefully and lovingly decorated. We felt right at home. On the upper floor there was a large bedroom with a large balcony and a spectacular view towards the sea. The garden was topgepflegt and you could relax properly. A walled grill is also available. The contact went smoothly and was very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. Albufeira is also only about 5km away. Near the villa there was a really great beach which was also not so crowded as we were there. Praia da Coelha. Just google it. If you and your family want to spend a great time, you are exactly right here. We would come back at any time.

Really beautiful villa with all the facilities you could wish for. We really missed nothing during our vacation. The older girls were totally lyrical and the youngest did not have to hit the pool. The beautiful beaches in the area can be walked, but with small children is not recommended. Well within walking distance of restaurant O Marinheiro, a very recommendable. Reservation required! The supermarkets in the vicinity are pricey, much cheaper is the big supermarket in the shopping mall towards the freeway.

We have spent a wonderful week in a fantastic house. The house was spotless, both inside and out and very complete which saves a lot of luggage. Beforehand we received a lot of information about the house and the environment, so we were well prepared on the way. Communication with the owner went well. Hospitality is a top priority for the owner. Contact with the local manager was also excellent. The house is very quiet, the beach is nearby, there are shops and restaurants in the area. We were there with six adults and two children aged 9 and 2 years. We enjoyed! The house is highly recommended!

The accommodation was very good. Everything was in the house. lacked nothing. Just a pity that no good possibility the living room can be heated properly. We were there with Christmas and then it's night-cools off considerably. We have the fireplace too well stoked, but it takes course and few hours. In addition, the pool was very cold. On our last day of vacation was raining and when there appeared to be a leak (probably from the balcony). In the living room there was a pool of water. The arrival was frankly a disappointment. We were well received by the manager, but unfortunately the house was stuffy and there was a mildew smell throughout the house, especially in the bedrooms / cupboards and utility room. It was cold and very damp.
