This is a very cozy, spacious house for a family with several children (cots) and / or grandparents, just like us. The house is very well equipped and clean, you can find everything you need ... very personal. We felt very comfortable in it. The location is uniquely beautiful on a hill in the dunes and close to the beach.

super nice house, furniture is also fine. on arrival everything was neat and clean.
1 tip the floating parasol outside is stacked with stones so that it does not blow over. maybe you can dig these into the ground so you don't have all those stones around it. and it is quite low. grown people have to constantly bend over to sit under it or want to get under it.

Beautiful and atmospheric home on Ameland! Immediately upon entering you feel the warmth and ambiance that the house offers. No exaggerated luxury but just everything to make it comfortable. Attractive living room and cozy kitchen and everything you need is present. Multiple spacious bedrooms, sleeping under the thatched roof gives a very cozy feeling. Excellent location for many trips on the island of Ameland, the pearl of the Wadden!

We really enjoyed the house and the area. The location is great, within 5 minutes you are on the beach! Within walking distance a nice beach bar and a restaurant to sit on the terrace in the sun. The house is fully equipped, only the Nespresso machine may need to be replaced, no further comments! We enjoyed!

We had a very nice week with the whole family. The house is spacious and cozy built in old style and not such a large modern palace as it appears in more places on the island.It is well equipped, with a large amount of cups, glasses and plates and the like.That is very convenient. the rooms are spacious.The house is on top of a dune and looks nicely down on Ameland and in a few minutes walk you stand on the beach It is beautiful on the edge of a forest and suddenly there was a buck in the garden. do you want more, highly recommended.

Beautifully situated holiday home. It is being renewed little by little. We had a problem with the electricity and that was annoying. We reported this and hopefully it will be resolved for the next guests. You can also relax here. Taking a bike ride is definitely recommended.

Booked house rixt for the second time and it is a nice house that is fully equipped. The peace and quiet is really great on the edge of the forest, the bunnies just hop around the house and if you are lucky you will also spot a deer in the garden. In short, I do not rule out that this is my last booking from home rixt, so we had a great time there.

great house and well heated. very modern renovated. It was a pity that the garbage was in front of the door upon arrival and that there were still installation booklets, etc., on the floor under the furniture in the bathroom. Toilet upstairs was not completely clean, that could be better. Charging station for the car is another plus now you have to walk fifteen minutes to the public charging station.

Located in Buren, this villa is perfect for a fantastic vacation on an island. Through the dune path you can easily reach the sea after a walk of only 800 m.
Thatched houses in the place give a picturesque sight. You are in an extremely beautiful place with attractions like Friesland, Ameland, Nes and Buren nearby. Hollum is great to visit and admire the monumental buildings and nostalgic streets. You can try climbing the lighthouse and enjoy the breathtaking view. Spend time in solitude enjoying nature at the nearby forest at 100 m. You can enjoy a swim from the sea at 800 m. Restaurants and supermarkets lie 1 km away.
