The couch is covered with a blanket, but you are not allowed to look under it: the couch urgently needs to be cleaned thoroughly,

The house and the location were absolutely great, the transaction was very uncomplicated, however, there was still a lot of dog hair from previous tenants, which was only gone after repeated vacuuming, it's nice

The house is in a nice location, quiet, well equipped, all in all we spent 2 nice weeks, but there were significant points of criticism. The terrace is beautiful, but the large garden below cannot be used - children can play - because it is terraced. Furnishings and fittings were good, the blankets were simple woolen blankets that didn't fit into any duvet covers, which were completely unacceptable for the rental price and for hygienic reasons. When we reminded us of this, we received a snotty answer from the owner, there was no improvement. On the negative side, the superficial introduction - waste regulation/place not explained, stove/dishwasher poorly explained, oven not working. In contrast to the handover, the final inspection was very professional and pleasant, but the rest of the deposit has not yet been transferred. There is a lot to improve.
