The accommodation was quite difficult to find, but the owner has escorted us from the village to the holiday home. The arrival time of 17h we found quite late. The accommodation met expectations. Beautiful and spacious separate house with very well functioning air conditioning and with large terrace located near the very well maintained pool that we had for us alone. In an adjoining garden house there was a possibility of billiards, table football, darts and for that there was a petanque court. Furthermore there were 2 ping pong tables on the domain. From the pool we had a nice view of the surroundings. Since the house was close to the Lédenon circuit, you can hear noise that is especially annoying when motorbikes are being practiced on the circuit.This was only two days during our stay. none of this, however.

Top holiday! The cottage is more spacious than in the pictures and very clean. The welcome was very warm, super friendly owners! The cottage is located on their domain, but they are very discreet and focused on privacy, so it does not disturb at all. The location is quiet, but +/- 30 minutes drive there are several towns to visit.We visited Uzès and Arles with very pleasant shopping streets and a nice market) and of course also Nimes and Pont du Gard.

a very nice house with pool everything you need, the owner was very friendly we had everything we needed. In the summer of July and August the circuit was closed! A good base where you could go anywhere (eg Nimes, Avignon, Marseille) This is definitely worth repeating !!! Beautiful room with bathroom clean, air conditioning, sunny terrace, nice clean pool everything was fantasties !!!!!

We booked a last minute stay in this beautiful villa. The owner was very friendly and despite the language barrier, communication went smoothly. The house is excellently equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The owner lives on site, but we didn't notice anything. The swimming pool was completely at our disposal and was wonderful to relax in. We had a very relaxing stay in this villa and it is certainly worth repeating. We would like to thank the owner for the good care and service during our stay.

The cottage is neat and well appointed. The kitchen equipment is rather basic, but the kitchen itself is equipped with everything, terrace a nice plancha to be on bakken.Zwembad is ideally located and no time disturbed by the eigenaar.De man is very amiable, friendly, helpful and yet full respect for our vakantie.Een perk is the chalet with a billiard table and frog, tateltennis and bocce are also available. So to see gehad.Veel a very nice holiday in nabijheid.Onze dogs were there too freely, fully fenced garden and possibility to make a nice walk just above the berg.Afhankelijk of wind noise can be up to 17:30. really? it is for each individual, we have found two days more annoying but not insurmountable.

The owner was reachable by phone, we were in the house from 5 pm because of the cleaning. The owner has come to pick us up at the agreed point, because the way to the house is otherwise very difficult to find. The house was clean. The furniture and the inventory (kitchen equipment, glasses, cups, pans, etc.) are noticeably of low quality and not always pleasant to use. The cottage is not as suggested by Belvilla in the photos. The cottage is behind the owner's house and when you sit on the terrace you always look at the wall and the partition of his house. The pool was not heated and there was no possibility for this. Too bad because the water was cold even at high temperatures.To go to the pool you first have to go off your own terrace, a piece of land and then steps up (without closing fence). The owner's house The view to the owner's garden is protected with a wall and a canvas on top The owner's dogs always like to bark when you get there and look under the canvas. owner almost every time we were in the pool .. which we personally did not like so much for our privacy.The pool itself is clean and you have an incredible view.The billiards and the football table are in a kind of gazebo next to your house Again you have to off your terrace, across the terrain. It is nicely decorated. The area is beautiful to visit. Especially the market of Uzes, Avignon, Nimes, Arles and certainly not to forget Pont Du Gard.! With children, a trip to the Musée de Bonbon (Haribo) is also recommended. We didn't hear much noise from the race circuit, but our vacation was open in August with few days. As you live on the property of the owner, privacy is not always guaranteed. So "other people swam in our pool at night (stayed with the owner), the owner comes late" s

Lédenon is mostly known for his race circuit located about 200m above the location, something not reported by your services. From 08.30hrs in the morning (outside of the Sunday !!) the cars and motos race. Constant car / motogeluiden what was not really on our program !!!

We have just come from our enjoyable holiday of the cottage in Ledenon. Friendly people, full of promises but limited in deaden.Bij our tour, the homeowner has listed a number of flaws that he would adjust broken beach chair, missing ball of football. Not much has come of repair or replacement. We did not need this, but this is bizarre.Verder the material was rather limited in the kitchen. No spices, kitchen roll as good as on, last rubbish bag, olive oil almost on, limited cooking utensils, ... we started our holiday with brisk purchasing. In the previous reviews I also read a number of defects such as broken lamp of hood and outdoor kitchen that is not worked. Indeed, this is still true. Even an empty soap canister hung against the wall. Here you can add the broken awning that was hanging on one side. In other words, the facilities were rather limited and if it was there often poorly working or piece.Dit all seems no Belvilla kwaliteit.Het pool was top. 2m depth and large enough to use with 5 people. The large griddle, pool table and ping-pong table were some nice attributes. Moreover, this was a nice environment and base to explore some beautiful places and go kayaking. At reception we received a bottle of wine and during our stay there was a jar of jam on the table for us made by the wife of the landlord.In the previous reviews we also read something about the noisy race circuit. Well, indeed, this sound can count. The circuit is about 500 further and a lot higher and surrounded by a thick wall. The sound is audible, even at the rear of the house. between 9h and 16h. During our stay we also drove on sunday. Almost as much noise however comes from the crickets, critters of about 5cm long and 1cm thick, who seem to have their home base there. It was a pleasant stay: good location in a beautiful area, house big enough for 2 adults and 3 children, nice that there was air conditioning inside (the basics were okay), good closure of the pool for small kids, ... could use some refreshment. It is important to know that the house is located just next to the owner's house, there is sufficient privacy. Had problems with the pool, but the owner has tackled this (after some grumbling). The house is at the top in a small French village, so you have to go up via small roads. Don't be put off because it works (even with an SUV, but a good test for driver skills). Had a nice holiday in a very beautiful region.

In itself the arrival was fine and everything necessary was explained. We had gone early this day so that the children could swim in the pool on arrival. The disappointment was therefore great when there was no water in the pool. It took three days before there was enough water in it but this water was initially too cold. It was not until the end of the week that the water reached a temperature of 16 degrees which was enough for our children to take a few fresh dives. The environment was very beautiful and what we appreciated was all games such as the pool, table football , darts and jeu de boules. The circuit was very noisy at times, but we knew that beforehand. what we did not know was that there were also two small dogs that liked to bark at us from the owner's house. We found that rather funny than annoying.We had chosen for this house because there was a heated pool and we could take our dogs. Because of the lack of water the pool was very disappointing, it was not heated either. There was a very small heat pump present but it was defective. What was further disappointing was that we shared the gate of the yard with the owner who lives on the same plot. Despite repeated requests from us to close the gate, it was always left open by the owners. This gate is not visible from the holiday home. Since we have a dog that sometimes wants to go into the world, we finally chose to let the dogs in despite the nice weather. This was a big disappointment for us and our dogs. We have made a nice week of it, but we will not book this house again.

The arrival was very bad, despite the fact that it was 4 pm we had no contact with the owner. Thanks to you, Belvilla, there has been a very quick response for which thanks. Arrival at the house was a complete disappointment. People were still cleaning, the pool was very dirty, this was only okay the next day and the so-called "outdoor kitchen" is in a terrible state, has not been cleaned and certainly not usable. For the rest, everything was pretty good, but after being on the road by 10h this was a very disappointing reception.

We received an email saying that we had to stand at a spot and then call the owner of the cottage. This parking spot was a bit difficult to find since when you search for the location, it gives multiple addresses. Once we arrived at the parking spot, we had to call the owner, which wasn't easy since the owner could only speak French. Of course, this was indicated beforehand, but it was still completely useless. The house was very easy to find, so there was no need to meet at a different location. Once we arrived at the house, everything was quite outdated, and the cutlery, pots, and oven were not clean. The most modern part of the cottage was the bathroom, but the shower floor was uncomfortable to stand on, so you actually wanted to get out of the shower as quickly as possible. Then from Saturday to Wednesday, we couldn't swim in the pool due to a wasp infestation. We reported this to the owner on Sunday, and it wasn't until Tuesday afternoon that something was done about it, and we could only go in on Wednesday afternoon. This was not very pleasant with temperatures above 36 degrees. Finally, on Wednesday afternoon, we could swim, but we had to wait a bit because there was a naked child in the pool. This was probably the owner's child, but it wasn't very hygienic and also not pleasant to see. Besides that, it was just a bit antisocial when you have guests who could finally get into the pool after four days. Especially for such a high price, we had much higher expectations. For outings and supermarkets, you should expect a travel time of 20 to 30 minutes. The owner was nice, but of course, you couldn't communicate with him at all, especially for someone who rents out such places, it would be nice if he at least had an app on his phone to communicate normally with us. Fortunately, we had already taken this into account, but even then it could sometimes be difficult. The man also indicated that if we needed anything, we should call him, which is very nice, but that is quite difficult if you can't talk to him since he only speaks French. Lastly, the man also smelled quite strongly of alcohol; it was pretty hard to take a breath without bringing in a whiff of alcohol smell. So overall, a decent cottage, good pool (aside from the wasps that were there most of the vacation). So we could really enjoy the pool for only 3 out of the 7 days; I wouldn't actually recommend this cottage to anyone other than French people. If I could give it stars, I would give it 2 out of 5 stars.

A great location to spend a private holiday. The holiday, which is fully equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with nice kitchen and air conditioning is ideal for those who want to do not suffer from prying eyes. The house was on arrival very nicely cleaned, the owner, who also lives on the estate does a fine welcome and let you in peace. The domain has many facilities such as swimming pool, billiards, petanque, table tennis. Who is planning a week stay in the cottage itself better against anything else seen in the racetrack nearby. For those who do get the house is ideal during the day, given the noise coming from the circuit starts around 9:00 pm and lasts until 18:00, there is no daily noise. Nearby are to visit many beautiful towns and villages, the sea is not so far. Please note that only a baker in the village and that other messages must be in Remoulin. A real winner in terms of price / quality. Do you also have a pizza in the village, at the local pizzeria ,, they are delicious and king.

The house is fairly secluded so designated private car / car. In Lédenon, there is only a bakery and cafe tabac, grocery shopping is driving to Remoulins. In the neighborhood there is a lot to see, Pont du Gard is well worth it and nearby. The affable owner of the house and his family are always happy to help and many tips for nice restaurants and excursions. And do not forget to do Lédenon itself near the park is agreeable to relax on the terrace of the bar tabac while the men observe an de jeux de boules ... An absolute must, but who complete peace and quiet ... if you want Lédenon google you will find the right circuit Lédenon ... Depending on the wind, the roar of car 's engines and audible / disturbing ... Nevertheless we enjoyed this holiday, especially by the good care of the owner and his family. Highly recommended!

The house is right next to the circuit so sitting outside in the daytime silence was not there. "At night it was quiet so that was not a problem because during the day we made trips to Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Orange, Uzes etc all of which are within a half hour, even the beach in the Camargue is doable. for the children there was a pool and a play house with pool table and foosball. Very friendly and helpful owner who speaks only French, however, his daughter speaks reasonable English. Downside was that the heated pool was not heated ... and we really too cold liked to use. That will be no issue in the summer. What is also very nice is that Pont du Gard walk is 5 km by nature.
