'Scotties Castle' is situated on a hill in a quiet part of the small village of St-Antonin-du-Var, in the south of France. Wine tasting in Chateaux de Berne or a visit to the artistic village of Tourtour is also very much worthwhile. The weekly market in Lorgues (3 km) is one of the largest in the Provence. The region offers fantastic summers with lots of sun and few insects or wind compared to other regions.
